The cabin was spacious and accommodated the size of my party. The resort and amenities were exaggerated in my opinion. It highlights the lake resort as if having access to fishing and swimming. My kids were very disappointed by this because it was very little. There is one small dock you can fish from and that is it. This dock is also the boat launch area. With the constant in and out there are no real fishing options. There is no beach area or lake access area to hang out at and swim. I wasn't allowing my kids to swim at the dock due to this also being the boat launch area. There are signs all around the lake banks that states "Private Property" so unless you are renting a cabin directly on this lake, you have no real chance of accessing it. There is a pool area but it stays heavily crowded due to no swimming access to the lake and it is a small pool. This section of the lake is very secluded and it takes 20-30 minutes to drive to the nearest store. I feel I was mislead in the outdoor recreational possibilities at this property. We also had issues with centipedes at this home. I took pictures of this and sent to the property manager and the response I got was " that is normal for this time of year and I will notify the home owner". But the amount of them are not normal. I got no real resolution or option for compensation. Won't be renting again.

Overall great stay. The driveway was a little tricky backing out in the curve. A little further out from town than I realized but just bad judgment on my part.

The cabin was very comfortable, plenty of space and pretty clean. The location is perfect!

Nice size cabin for our family of 6. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Washer and dryer availability was nice to keep bathing suits and towels clean during our stay. Quiet community and community pool was clean and refreshing on a hot day. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to enjoy the area attractions.

The house was spacious and clean. We loved staying here.

The cabin was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for 5 people. I would absolutly come back.

High enough up the mountain that you feel a true “cabin” experience, but it’s not as winding and treacherous as some cabins. And you’re within 10 minutes of food/groceries etc. Cabin was very clean and in good condition. We enjoyed building a fire and playing some of the board games provided!! Highly recommend!

Overall we had a good stay. The location was excellent! We were only 2 mins away from the boat launch, and very close to numerous other attractions. The property manager was great! There were 3 things that prevented us from giving this property a 5 star review. 1) The area rug in the living room needs to be removed completely, replaced, or install rug grippers. It folds up along the edges and it is very dangerous. Tripping hazard! 2) The outlet next to the bed would not work. We had to run and extension cord that we luckily brought from home to get power to my bedside. 3) The outside of the cabin is in bad need of a good cleaning.
