This was our 2nd time at Sea Breeze. We had an excellent time. We have it booked for a third time in April 2024.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to the water.

The property owner provided a great pre-flight check-in email that provided all the details needed for a smooth check-in. The house was perfect size for the 2 of us with great driveway length to park my truck and 24' boat and trailer. The house had all the amenties of your own house. We will be staying here again!!!

It was clean, well supplied, exactly what they said it was.

This house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway! Just like it’s described. Everything was clean, nice appliances , kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. The a/c worked great. The showers had great pressure. Loved the little office since of course the husband had to work some. Great location, close to downtown & the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet & even met some neighbors that were great. I do have 2 suggestions, & by no means did it take away from the overall house- we loved everything about it & will stay again! But, I would like a tv in the master bedroom & wish the backyard was a little better. Maybe a small area outside back door with pavers down & a table & chairs or even just a couple chairs to sit in the backyard. There is a room before you go out the back door that you could even just keep some folding furniture IF someone wanted to sit out back. It has potential. GREAT place, highly recommend!!!

Very nice has everything you might need, just be advised the sleeper couch fits short people or only one 6ft teenager lol. For us great location we have local friends.

House looks newer on the listing than it does it person. Clean but not immaculate. Exterior could really use some TLC, especially the back yard which we ended up not using at all. Spare room with futon smells musty, especially if you close the door. Wouldn’t really call the futon a bed, as it’s still L shaped when folded flat. “Laundry room” is actually a musty, stuffy closet in the kitchen with washer and dryer in it. The “green” setting on the thermostat was annoying - when the house felt hot and we tried to adjust the temp, it didn’t really work. Proximity to the beach was good, response to inquiries was exceptional and very much appreciated.

Cute cottage in a great location for various beaches and zoo. Was perfect for our group and what we wanted to do.

The location was perfect and the little neighborhood was very cute. The house itself was awesome - all the kitchen items you’d need and lots of space. The only thing that was maybe a bit lacking was the backyard space. It was ok, but I didn’t quite want to let my dog out there off leash due to some small spaces in the fence and what looked like a fire pit that was a bit rusted with some jagged edges. My pup was just happy to have a yard to sniff around in though so overall great!!

This was our first time using iTrip and we just booked with them again for next year. We had a couple of small issues and the team was there within 30 minutes and had everything fixed. They even bought new pans and a new Roku remote. The house was great for the two of us and our small dog. She loves the fenced backyard. The location is great and close to everything. We spent many evenings after work driving over to Pensacola Beach to sit and listen to the waves. Weekends were reserved for Navarre Beach a quick 20 minute drive. The local seafood shop provided great oysters and shrimp and when we didn't want to cook in it was Dave's Oyster Bar about 15 minutes down the road. The house had the space we needed and provided a great remote work spot for some Ohioans wanting to get away from the gray.

The house is in a small neighborhood. Quiet area. The backyard is bare, no shade or furniture or grill. The inside is good. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils, plates, etc. plus tin foil and things like that. We were 4 adults so the living room was big enough for us to watch TV together. Nice bedrooms and showers. Plenty of towels, wash cloths. Easy access to the front door. Probably a safe neighborhood since we left the back door unlocked one day and didn't have any incidents. Dining room table and chairs aren't the best. The table would turn on the top and one chair had a wobbly leg. We didn't cook but the stove looked good.

Everything was great

Very cute house and it was so nice that we could bring our 14 year old Yorke. The only thing is the back yard is not secure for small or medium dogs and I had to pick stick tights every time she came back in. Other than that everything was clean and nice.

Loved the place. Close to the beach, at an amazing price. Clean, Comfy. We will be back

For a last minute decision to travel to Gulf Breeze, this property was well worth it. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in process. Overall a nice bargain.

This was our 2nd stay at this house and we had a great visit again! We had a little issue this time that required maintenance. We contacted the property manager in the evening via the app and they replied very quickly. Maintenance was sent out the next day and fixed it within a few minutes. Great stay overall!

Enjoyed our stay in your property. However, the stairs are very steep. All parts of the stairs are the same color which decreases depth perception. Both my dog and i fell down the stairs. An appropriate hand rail is needed.

When we arrived, the thermostat was OFF (86 degrees in the house, 98 degrees outside.) Took hours to get to comfortable temperature. The fenced in back yard, as well as the yard, is in dire need of clean-up and repair. My husband had to put boards under the gate, as our dog could have escaped due to the large gap under gate. Several gaps/holes in stockade fencing. Also, we arrived to 1/2 roll of paper towels; thank goodness we came prepared with additional. Everything else was fine, but with a little fine tuning, this property could be awesome. The location is close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

This home is super cute and cozy. Perfect for a small family. Everything is in great condition. The location just can't be beat!! It is super close to everything you would want to explore and enjoy while exploring Pensacola. We will defined be staying here again in the future!!

everything was great. the only problem was the dishwasher was not attached to the counter, made it hard to use.
