It was a super easy check in process. Super quiet area and with in minutes of all the activities we were planning on doing. House was super clean and cute! Sat on the balcony and saw a few dolphins the one morning. Enjoyed the view with the sound of waves. Would stay again!!!!

The property was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The sunrise views from the porch in the morning were absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

A quick trip to get our youngest son settled in as he starts on a co op nearby. Sandy Bay gave us a great home base as we explored our sons new surroundings. I will miss watching the sunrise from the balcony. Thank you for providing coffee and creamer. Also, the welcome note and treats were most appreciated!

Had a very nice stay here. Recommend. Small recommendations for hosts - More plates and mugs (5 not enough) - Extra sheets / blankets (we needed more) - Kettle (we boiled water in a pot) House has very different heat on different levels - upstairs hot, downstairs cold (this was Nov during a cold spell). Location also great. Close to amenities, Space Center, Kroger, etc.

Our stay at Seabrook was lovely, though our visit was due to a bereavement - the house made us at ease and comfortable. Thank you for the sweet and thoughtful card and basket of goodies. It really meant a lot to us.

Whether you have plans in Houston or Galveston the location couldn’t be better. Located 30 minutes from Galveston and 30 to downtown Houston. NASA is a short 20 minute drive as well. The neighborhood quite, safe and clean located on the Bay. You can sit on the balcony and gaze Into the waves of the bay across the street. The home is so clean and and the photos represent it exactly. I could go on and on. This home was the cornerstone of a perfect adult family vacation

Very clean and had everything we needed! Only thing is surrounding houses aren’t the nicest, but we still felt very safe. I highly recommend satiating here!

When we first opened the door we smelt clean. I usually bring Lysol with me everywhere, but I did not feel the need to Lysol anything. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home! We will definitely be staying here again. Kemah boardwalk is about 5 minutes away. You can also watch the water from the balcony. All you need to bring with you are clothes and a Spirit of relaxation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The Holloway Family

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was so nice and clean….spotless really. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking our coffee while we watched the waves. The atmosphere was so peaceful and serene. There were plenty of local restaurants to choose from, so we didn’t have to drive into Houston to eat. Really close to NASA. Highly recommend this property!!

We rented the house a Saturday-Saturday. Check-in was super simple and when we arrived after flying in from Maryland, everyone was happy just to relax. The kids instantly found the room with the bunk bed and deposited their things. We made our way to the top floor/living area and sat on the deck enjoying the breeze and the view. There are a lot of stairs, this wasn't a problem for us at all. But as a warning to others with very young children or aging adults w/ mobility issues. I mean it is on stilts :) The house is exactly as advertised. It has bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area, and a nice open kitchen. Plenty of parking. The linens were nice, with lots of pillows to choose from and good shades to block the sun. As we traveled on a plane, we didn't bring extra kitchen gadgets, but I should have gone to grab essentials like foil, plastic wrap, etc. There is a Kroger and Dollar Tree nearby. Water pressure is good, they had soaps, lotions, etc for our use, which was nice. Would definitely bring my family back. There is no water access for their home, but the park and public beach is not a far drive at all. We ate our way through Seabrook and around. Our family really enjoyed Habanero's, Shipley's donuts, the Waffle Co., Oakies Yard House in Clear Lake Shores, and many more. Thanks for a great stay!
