My husband and I loved the house, hot tub and the backyard. It was perfect! Location was excellent for us too. Highly recommend and definitely coming back! Very clean too!!

Beautiful practically new home in the hill country surrounding Canyon Lake. Perfectly suited to our family! The property managers were very accomodating and we would love to stay here again some time, as we do have a lot of family in the Austin, San Antonio, Bulverde and New Braunfels area. It's a good location for us to visit them all.

Bring your own coffee or K-cups. Very nice place, clean and comfortable. We had an issue at arrival with the upstairs thermostat, it was limited at 75 and had a lickout. Management company hor witg homeowner, and issue was quickly resolved.

I enjoyed every moment of the home and property overall. The view of the lake in the morning is breathtaking. I love to get away from the city and go to canyon lake for a reset. This house was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The Good:
Nice big living room, nice sized kitchen, we hade a great time on the porch.
The kids loved the bunk beds.
Check in and out was very easy.
The not so Good:
The backyard goes downhill
The upstairs shower needed to cleaned more thoroughly.(There was a bunch of hair on the shower walls) but it was fine.

The house was amazing and clean. Easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful view of the lake on the back patio.

This place provided for a perfect getaway for me and a few girlfriends. The house is a little off the beaten path, so mornings enjoying the view of the lake on the deck were absolute bliss. But still within a 20 minute drive of numerous restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of outdoor or indoor seating. The bedrooms were all comfortable, property is clean and newly updated, clean bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great place and plenty of room, very comfortable. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc, there were 6 of us for two nights and 2 of us for one big he and we ran out. Also internet was out for at least half the time but we know that’s unavoidable many times.

A very beautiful and clean home. Short distance from the lake and reaturants. Family had a great time enjoying the home, deck, the view and attractions nearby.

The house was really nice , spacious and well maintained. Beautiful lake view from the kitchen and living room. Nice long driveway. We were able to park our boat on it. Will come back for sure.

This was a beautiful home; very clean and accommodating. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable! The property manager was very responsive to any issues we had. We struggled finding public access to the lake. The park was too full and muddy. Definitely do some research if you are looking for that.

Property is as described, clean, and comfortable with a great view of Canyon Lake. Unfortunately, the property manager took 2 days to respond to my question about the check-in process prior to my arrival and never responded or offered any solutions when I communicated that the coffee maker was not working.

This property is really amazing and would definitely stay there again. Had a few questions during trip and property manager got right back to us!
Would have given them 5 Stars except we could never get wifi working. Property manager offered to have tech come but we had plans so couldn’t stay.
Also be aware that kitchen is on top floor so lots of stairs to get groceries up.

The home is very nice and we very much enjoyed using the large 4 person hot tub on the first level deck. Both back decks are large. The beds were comfortable
because of the draught, all of the grass in the backyard is gone/dead.
A few minor issues during our stay. The hot water to the kitchen faucet did not work. Also, we were not able to utilize the TV (Satellite, streaming TV, Apple TV) in the living room.
Otherwise a comfortable and relaxing stay. Neighborhood is quiet. Yes, we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic weekend at this house. The location was perfect and very close to lake/boat ramp. Very spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels! We definitely plan to book this property again!!

Beautiful home, beautiful view
Will definitely stay here again. Very peaceful, lots of deer, and plenty of room in the house. The only thing we’re disappointed about is we didn’t get to spend much time there as we were in town for a wedding.

Nice but Not Welcoming
Nice house, nice amenities, nice area but bring your own toilet paper and tissues (seriously). The coffee maker is a Keurig (surprise) so bring your own Keurig cups as well as any sweetener. This house needs a new property management company - one that is more in tune with professional hosting and not so cheap with the basics.

Overall we loved our stay here, very peaceful and accommodating! Beautiful view from the top deck of the lake! Loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck and loved waking up to deer grazing in the front yard. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire-pit and stargazing! Loved the giant dinosaur sculpture! Close to the lake and not far from the local grocery store! We’ll be booking again in the future!

Beautiful property!
Pictures don't do this house justice. It was a beautiful home with an amazing view. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee. We loved being able to see the Lake from our balcony. If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood with amazing views, this house is for you.
