Came here to get some work done, and it did not disappoint! The beach is gorgeous, and it’s close to everything in Malibu. Much bigger and nicer space in person than in photos. Am definitely coming back here again soon!

This place was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Beach front in Malibu, clean and luxurious unit. Nice bed, comfortable couch, indulgent shower/bathroom. Communication was easy and check in seamless. The unit is exactly as advertised in the post. Would definitely recommend

I can’t wait to come back and stay here again… Everything was so smooth and easy… From the check in and tour to checking out. The unit was so clean and bed and bedding made you feel like you were in a five-star hotel… staying at Malibu Sands had such a welcoming environment and the team was so accommodating and helpful in every way. Steps away from Nobu too! And loved having my own parking spot !

The condo was incredibly clean and right on the beach. We saw an amazing sunrise on the beach and were able to walk to the Malibu pier. We were also close to other places in Malibu we wanted to go. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing (the toilet seat is heated). We had a super nice stay here and would stay again!

Beautiful property and great service and communication with the team. We had a few hiccups on our way in and they were accommodating and supportive and made us feel at home.
We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

The location is perfect and close to most restaurants. The apartment was exactly as advertised and right on the beach. It was impeccably clean with all the essentials. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Traveling from the east coast to the west is often met with snags. Despite our flight delays, arriving after midnight, staff was able to virtually check us in. Our host checked in with us and was extremely helpful.
The apartment was clean and appreciated the quality of the towels.
The bed was comfortable but the sheets and duvet cover could be upgraded. Pillows should be varied. One of the television remotes indicated its power was low and we had no clue how to charge it.
Loved the toilet but it didn’t seem to be working and there were no instructions
Having access to the beach was amazing. Loved the experience!

The property was amazing and the unit was so clean. We were literally right on the beach and access in and out was so easy. Parking was convenient and the location was great - we were able to walk to restaurants and the pier. I will definitely be returning!
