Good home for golf trip - 4 bedrooms

Just 8 50+ guys for a weekend of chilling and golf. BBQ for dinners and hanging in the jacuzzi before and after golf. Place was perfect for us and had lots of room. Nice table for dinner and games after. Great kitchen also.

Spacious home and yard. Comfortable beds and bedding. Nice floor plan. Home is in a good convenient location.

Our family booked this property at the end of September for a stay over the Christmas break - It was a little rushed as places in La Quinta were booking fast for the holidays, so while I was checking reviews in my research, my real priorities were on ensuring we had enough bedrooms and a heated pool. The place online looked great and we loved the location given it's proximity to town, golf, etc. Once we arrived, however, Casa Vivienne really exceeded our expectations - it was comfortable, quiet, but spread out enough that we couldn't even hear the young adults in the front of the house at night :) Bathrooms & bedrooms were updated - plenty of linens, towels (best washer and dryer ever!), extra fridge in the garage for all of our adult beverages, etc. The pool was awesome - a little tricky to figure out the first day, but the response from Eddy and the entire property management team was outstanding. They were there when we needed, and out of sight when we didn't. It truly felt like our own home and we are already thinking of booking again soon.

Floor plan of the house was ideal for our three families. Large back yard with plenty of seating was perfect for our son in law's birthday celebration. The house was clean and check in was easy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The neighborhood was a great place to take our daily walks. Would recommend this property for large groups. The amenities were outstanding.

The property was exactly as listed, beautiful and amazing. We cooked the entire time there and all the necessary kitchen products were there. The pool was great! Highly recommend and will be back! Amber and the Girls

We stayed for a weekend and had a fabulous time. The house was clean and the pool/yard lovely. The kitchen was great for cooking and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The only recommendation we had was a broom and dustpan or vacuum would have been helpful. Great for a large group to relax and have fun. We will be back.

I have to say it was by far the BEST place we stayed so far. My guests and I were very sad to leave. The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! The quiet neighborhood, spectacular views, convenient home set up, all the extra amenities....were great. We have rented many homes and the property manager was very quick to respond to any question I had and gave suggestions on things to do in the area. You will not be disappointed!

The six of us had a wonderful time! It was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked with all that was needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager responded promptly when we had an issue with the light in one of the rooms. The neighborhood was very peaceful and conveniently located near stores like Trader Joe’s and Target.

Casa Viviene was a great house for our group. We had four couples and the rooms and layout of the house were perfect for our size group. The highlight was the backyard. We loved the pool and there is a large shaded area with plenty of seating. The house was very clean. We would highly recommend this property on your next trip to the desert!

The property was exactly as listed and photographed. We have 3 children under 6 and the lay out of the home was perfect with 3 bedrooms on one wing, family/entertainment space in the middle of the house and a private room and bath on the other side of the house for another guest (grandparents or babysitter). The backyard was very large and the pool and space were great. Our only criticism was the quality of the linens, pillows and oddly enough the toilet paper terrible. I would recommend this house for the price. It’s simple and clean, exactly what we needed for small children. We’ve stayed at other properties for adults only or girls weekend, this property is not as high end but good for the price. Customer service was EXCELLENT!

The property is beautiful and worthy of maybe staying again. However, we encountered two issues that became distasteful. 1. We had no cable/satellite connectivity to watch the Tennis Channel even though the website says TV access is via CABLE & SATELITTE (no exceptions listed). The property manager claimed we should have requested same before arriving and did not turn that service on. We had no way to know that the Tennis Channel was an exception. Much more important, our credit card was significantly over charged and required a lot of back/forth including contacting VRBO to get it resolved. A somewhat contentious back/forth with the property manager. It was claimed to be "their bank made an error."

Lots of space for everyone. We loved all the outdoor seating. The beds are very comfortable. There was no pool toys or floaties so we bought a bunch & left them in the little shed for other families. We’d stay again.

We had a good stay. The property was exactly as advertised and very close to the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. We enjoyed the pool and backyard space.

Clean! Layout was so generous for a large family gathering. Comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, both inside and outside. A quiet area which we loved-getting away from the noise of our home town. The pool was wonderful (happily paid extra for it to be heated in February), and we spent every possible moment outside. I would stay again. A bit of a drive to PS downtown, which was no big deal; we just wanted to be together and chill out around the gorgeous desert.

We booked last minute for 2 nights. The house has nice new furniture and comfortable linens. We couldn’t get hot tub to work which was a big reason we chose this house as we were here for a lacrosse tournament and the athletes could have used it. However I’m sure property management would have promptly fixed if we were staying long enough. The only major fix they need is to install a new freezer refrigerator. The doors don’t shut well and we lost some ice cream. Other than that it’s quite comfortable and there is a lot of room. It’s very clean.
