The property is fabulous for large families, very spacious with lots of sitting and table spaces for everyone to eat together. Close to the beach! One minute walk to the souvenir shops and a cute ice cream shop! This was a “Happy House”! When we arrived the HAVC unit to the first floor was not working properly, I called the management company and they got the technician straight out, he had it fixed in a short while! I loved the property!

House was a great size and layout for our big group. Kitchen was very well stocked-- best I've ever seen in a vacation rental home... loved the 2 fridges! We loved the big dining tables and living room. Location was great, with an easy 4 min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this home. Only problem was 1 shower faucet was broken when we arrived (making the whole shower unusable)... I notified the host asking for it to be fixed and was told they would be in touch soon, but i never heard from them again the whole trip. I expected at least a real response to my message, and an attempt to resolve the issue, but got neither.

Incredible home and location on Tybee. Pictures don’t do justice to the size of the home. Kids loved all the sleeping options. Upper floor was always very warm during the day, A/C couldn’t keep up. Grill in the backyard was a bonus we didn’t know about until arrival.

We had a group of 14 family members staying together and this house was perfect! Eclectic and southern decor which all worked so well together, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, close to the beach and stores, and a well stocked kitchen. The only feedback I would give is that it would have been nice to have some beach towels, beach chairs and extra pillows. But that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful visit and we are grateful to have found some a great house to call home for the weekend!

We had a wonderful time here celebrating my sister for both her birthday and bachelorette with 13 total guests. The hosts, Kelly and Joy, were incredibly communicative and helped us coordinate sending packages ahead of time. The appliances were perfect for many group meals and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Thank you so much!

House was as advertised. Well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and be comfortable. Highly Recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Plenty of beds/space (lots of bunkbeds which is perfect for alot of kids, not quite as perfect if more adults), great location. Living areas on each floor so everyone can do there own thing or be together in the lower level. Lot of porches, easy walking distance to beaches/bars/restaurants/shops. Only negatives were lack of parking (only fits 4-5 cars and several of those spots leave you with gifts of pine sap all over your vehicle), could have been cleaned better (several little things but most notable is the rack over the island and the underside of hood... both caked with dust/grime), home is low on linens so bring extra (no extra blankets, limited towels for the amount of people), I would suggest someone go through the kitchen and update the cookware etc... there was a broken glass on the shelf and alot of the cookie sheets/pans were in bad shape (rust, peeling). We were told there was an elevator but when we got there it was locked. The bones of the home are amazing, just needs a little love and attention.

The weather was frightful but the accommodations were delightful! Well-appointed and well-stocked. Since we were stuck inside we really appreciated the various gathering areas.

Only problem we had was washcloths. We made do. It did not put a damper on our trip.

The house was beautiful and huge! Plenty of space for our group to gather. The only complaints were no soap in the bathrooms and no outside spigot to wash off feet/beach chairs. Would definitely stay again!

My family stayed at the home as the first vacation with my parents, siblings, and our families. It was everything we could have asked for in furnishings and space. Truly an amazing home and the great communication from the owners.

The only small feedback is there was some cleanliness items that could have been addressed, couch still had mud on it from the last guest, and the bathroom in the 3rd floor master need a good scrubbing for mold. Our family has been coming to Tybee on spring break for about ten years. This house was perfect for our large family. Located in a nice peaceful neighborhood!

We had so much fun in this house, on Tybee Island, and in Savannah. We enjoyed the beach, going through the shops, eating out, ghost tour, riverboat tour, trolley tour, playing games with the family, etc. Because we were so close to Savannah, the kids were glad the house was spook-free! Our favorite place to eat was Huc-A-Poos! We're didn't get to do everything we planned, so we are definitely going to have to go back.
