A group of us stayed at this lovely house for our wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was great to cook in! Beds were comfortable. There is no central air so be sure to work with opening windows. It was easily cooled off.

Great property especially for our dogs! Great location to downtown, shopping and dinning. We will definitely rent this home again!

It was simply beautiful.

Didn't know it was by a cemetery but besides that it was a nice house and no ghosts came over the fence. A backyard fence would have been great since it is a dog friendly rental. Would be perfect for large families! Would definitely rent it again!

The house was perfect for our stay. It’s beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Tons of open space for my boys to just go crazy in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had a lot of issues with this place and the rental company that’s runs it. - our dates were changed after it was too late to find another place. When we told the owners they said they were unaware that we had requested another night. With that they would let us check out an hour late, even though we knew no one was checking in that day. - 3 of the 4 beds in the home had sopping wet sheets and pillows when we went to go to bed the first night, one was soaked to the mattress. It led to us having to strip beds, put them in the washer and dryer and wait hours to put our kids down to remake them. We ended up not even using one. We told the owners and they were essentially unhelpful. - we had someone else’s trash in the garage the entire trip that the owners were aware of and didn’t come get it as they said they would. - I received a threatening email from evole a full 40 mins prior to check out time that we needed to immediately vacate the premises. We were out prior to checkout time, so this was completely unnecessary and honestly quite rude - I have been trying to get ahold of evolve for 2 weeks regarding our concerns and haven’t received any communication back. They house was fine, and the owners seemed to try to communicate with us, but we were so disappointed because of the above mentioned things.

We had a beautiful experience! Close to Mt Princeton which is what we were hiking. It was our first time staying in a VRBO so we didn’t know exactly what to look for in the house. Next we definitely will look for air conditioning and a fenced in backyard. Our overall experience was very good.

Variety of things for different ages to do.

Things looked clean but when you touched kitchen counters and tables they were not clean. Some dishes in cabinets were dirty. The comforter in the master had dog pee on it and we had to wash it. There was no furniture in the loft and the living room area on the main floor had minimal furniture. Family had to sit on floor or stairs. Towels in the bathrooms we’re pathetic.

Really enjoyed our stay at this open and spacious house. Great view of the mountains. We didn't even get a chance to use all the space it offers and mainly hung out in the kitchen/dining area and living room. Loved that they were pet-friendly and had pet treats and beds available. Would definitely stay here again.
