Perfect weather, great place to stay

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 teens. Short uphill walk to slopes and village. Downstairs is a bit dark and musty. The entire place could use some refreshing/renovating, but was very adequate for what we needed. Garage was helpful especially in bad weather. Large kitchen was well equipped enough for a large group. Overall was a good place to stay for a long weekend.

Overall great value for the money to stay close to the main village. Property was clean and had a great view off the deck. Everything went as expected and worked. Would recommend and stay again.

I would not recommend staying at this house or any other house Elevation Property Management handles. When we arrived there was a large pile of debris at the bottom of the steps heading down to the basement where most of the bedrooms were. All three showers had such low water pressure it was very difficult to take a shower. The two showers downstairs had tubs and the water would just pool at the bottom and not drain so by the end of the shower the water was over ankle height. The lights did not work in the primary bathroom vanity area and the toilet in that same bathroom was so loose it felt unsafe to use as it rocked back and forth more than a normal toilet ever should. I know I could have complained and demanded some of our money back but I'm not that type of person. Even after I notified Elevation Properties of all of the issues at the house they said they were going to charge me extra money because the maid found dog hair in the living room. We did not have a dog or a pet of any kind with us on our trip. A friend of ours did stop by for 5 minutes while they were out walking their dog and when I called and explained this to Elevation Properties they still charged us for breaking the no pet policy even though the house had so many issues that I notified them of while we were staying there. I do not plan to stay at this house or any house Elevation property management handles after this experience.

Fantastic property, v well equipped kitchen. Best views on the mountain by far

My friends and I stayed at Land’s End 4 for my 50th birthday. The location is very nice. We watched the sunset on the deck every night, though some nights were too cloudy but we were still outside enjoying Snowshoe. The condo was clean. It is within an easy walk to the Village. I would recommend this property.

Quick trip to snowshoe for a little bit of mountain biking. We had a fantastic weekend and the garage was perfect for bike storage and maintenance!
