Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great but the property was dated, run down and not managed. The description is far from accurate. Doors in bathroom don't lock, gaming consoles don't work (just a bunch of cables and controls thrown in a box), no details and a host of kitchenware missing. Ensuite shower keeps flooding and Jellis Craig ignored calls & emails. No gas for BBQ, was told to fill ourselves and present a receipt. At $1500/night I would expect much better from Jellis Craig. It was a horrible experience. The property is not rentable and the management company was negligent and disappointing to deal with. Stick with Airbnb which never disappoints

Although we encountered a slight issue with the pool and spa heating, the managing agent attended to this right away. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend both the property and Jellis Craig short stays. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location and hope to stay again in future.

We enjoyed the location which is an easy walk to Sorrento village or the beach. Well maintained and easy to settle in. We'd definitely do it again.
