The hotel was in excellent location on the edge of town. The food is exceptional good quality we had in the hotel in the evening. The staff very friendly and spoke English, free parking

Newly renovated rooms.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location, between the old castle and the river, is ideal for exploring Arnsberg, while also being easily accessible by car. The hotel was recently renovated.

Great rooms, very clean and warm, nice staff, everybody friendly and smiling, the hotel is located very well, they have also a large parking, the food was also great and overall it was a very nice stay for us, as a family. We will come back here with pleasure. Thank you very much for everything!

Good location for directions in and out and easy access to the town by foot. Lovely family owned and run - you can tell the difference! Very good service.

Clean hotel, very helpful staff, clean room, clean bathrooms, very good service but there is one thing that turned out to be a small flaw. With my 84-year-old father he had to climb all the stairs ... even the small ones. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes. But forewarn them in advance if you have elderly.

Location; size of room

The mattress and bed. The mattress extended beyond the bed frame and sagged. The mattress was bumpy and soft.

Dining room for breakfast overlooked the picturesque garden. Continental breakfast and cooked breakfast were exceptional
