House was great for 10 people (2 families), rooms were nice sized and layout of house was very functional. Pool area was superb. Very close to Disney. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. We loved the game room, and having two wager and dryers was excellent.

Three moms and eight teen girls who just finished middle school found this property perfect for their needs!
The six bedrooms were perfect for our group. Each mom had her own bedroom. Four girls shared the Mickey room - one on the top bunk, two on the bottom full bunk and one on the twin trundle. Two more girls took the Harry Potter room and the last two girls took a king room.
We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because when we returned from the water parks each day it was nasty outside but it looked perfectly inviting minus the clouds.
The kitchen could use some additional pans - there are plenty of pots, just one smaller pizza pan. A measuring cup and strainer for pasta would be good too! Plenty of glasses, bowls, utensils and glassware.
The game room was fun for the kids - so much to do in there and with the door closed, the moms didn’t have to hear a thing.
Daily trash pick up was convenient. Accessing the property was easy through the manned gate.
Important - when you come in, put the 2600 N Old Lake Wilson address of the guard house in because the house address may lead you to a back gate that you can’t access. And 192 - the main road off the highway that you take to access the property is terrible, but it’s only about 1.5 miles on that road and it shouldn’t deter you from staying here - just know it takes a few extra minutes in traffics. Overall - we’d stay again for sure.

The home was comfortable for our group of 13. Plenty of towels, beds, and basic essentials. We unfortunately were unable to take full advantage of using the game room and pool due to our busy schedule. I would recommend this home for your next vacation. Close to Walmart

Great Location for visiting all parks! The house has everything you need to keep everyone of all ages occupied. It was only 4 of us as we enjoy our space and this was a perfect place to relax and play.

Love the location of house. Was able to book coach house close to dancer houses. We held parent/dancer meal at this house. Plenty of space between big front room couch, pool area bar and dining room table.
House is short of entertaining pieces like bowls and utensils.
My son and dancers loved the game room. Pool table tourney was super fun. VR headsets are fun.
Recommend room darkening curtains in rooms that face the big complex in the back and keep outdoor lights on all night. The lights from the complex felt like sleeping during the day.
Host is great. Very responsive. Will stay again.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed this house. The amenities made it fun for all ages. Favorites were the pool/hot tub, game room and secret room.
Great access to Disney that does not require I4. Valet trash collection was really convenient. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers.
Only thing we didn’t love was the door alarm going out to the pool. Wish there was a way to turn it on if you need it but off if you don’t. All our kids are good swimmers. Forgot to push the button so many times and the alarm is incredibly loud. Understand it’s for safety though.

The house is exactly as pictured. The house manager was always available and provided detailed checkin and check out procedures. We would definitely stay here again. It’s worth it, and very close to all stores and restaurants

the Mickey Squad consisted of two sisters- their
4 kids and significant others. the kids were all in their mid 20s and as such had a ball with Ms. pac man, pool, hot tub and bar. the property was super convenient to epcot and universal and also allowed access to the club house where we lounged in the pool and rode the water slides. loved everything about our stay!!!

Keith Courtney was great! He responded immediately. We never used the jacuzzi because the jets never came on. The movie screen outside was not centered, so we couldnt watch movies. We contacted Keith, he sent someone but the person was no help. He did nothing. Keith contacted the manager regarding the jacuzzi but we never heard back. My parents was disappointed because they had plan to use the jacuzzi. The kid's were because we had planned to watch movies on the big screen and couldn't. We added an add'l day hoping the things not working would be fixed but wasn't. We still loved the house and Keith. Overall the house was clean and a great stay but for the money you pay, the jacuzzi should work and the main attraction - the movie screen should be centered so you can enjoy a movie by the pool.

Our stay was more than enjoyable. When I had a question or something needed attention the property manager responded and addressed my concerns right away. I have already told family and friends about our amazing time. My kids enjoyed every moment and was not ready to leave! Thank you for your professionalism and overall kindness! 10 Minutes from the Magic Kingdom. 5 minutes to food and retail. Plenty of room for me, my wife, and our 5 kids. Very clean. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The photos matched the experience perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this property, and I would stay here again when we return to Orlando.

We found the house was clean, well equipped & comfortable, centrally located to Disney Resorts & Universal Studios and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. The private enclosed pool was enjoyed by all and game room was a hit with the children. Throw in the short drive to local shopping and it made for a nice....very nice stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing! We are a family of four and had reservations at the Marriott World Center in a lovely suite but were so over the crowds, high price food and zero opportunity to relax by the pool. Our sweet boys were sleeping on a sofa bed and eventually I was over it. Checked out and on our way here where we had MANY options of where to sleep, private pool,
Amazing playroom and so much more. Saved me over $300 a night and I’ll never do it any other way. Very relaxing!!

This is a great property in Windsor Hills, the best equipped home we’ve stayed in there! The kids loved the pool theater and game room, and the adults enjoyed the overall experience. Very well organized and responsive management team! A Windsor Hills winner!

This was an awesome property to stay at with friends. There was so much space and so many rooms . It fit our two families perfectly. We also appreciated the cleanliness, all the amenities, and the ease in checking in/out. We hope to return soon!

Our family of ten (6 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) loved this property! It was exactly as described in the listing. We all enjoyed the pool, game room, and outdoor living space. We heated the pool and it was a great temperature. The larger resort pool was enjoyed along with fun activities for the kids. We made many meals in the kitchen and had utensils and pots/pans that we needed. We spent a few days at Disney and it was a quick drive. Communication with the property manager was always quick. Unfortunately a member of our party left something behind, but was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were contacted with a plan to ensure we got the item back. We definitely would recommend this property!!!

The rental house was great…very much what the listing stated. A few areas that could be considered- need of towel hooks in the large major bathroom, need of more kitchen stuff like small bowls and cooking pots. Other than that the place was great and we will likely return in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at Floridian riviera. Beautiful home and neighbourhood. Close to Disney and lots of choices for restaurants and grocery stores. Pool and game room are terrific for winding down in between theme parks. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great family stay!

Perfect place close to the parks

Very clean property..Great house to share with another family! Large outdoor seating! Was worth paying extra for heating the pool. It was great that they had pool towels! Close proximity to Disney parks (20min) Comfortable beds.. kids loved the game room and themed rooms! The check in process at the gate took a long time due to high check in time not at fault of the house.. The club house had food at decent prices, frozen drinks were great! Kids loved the splash pad and slides.. Would stay again if we came back to Orlando area.
