Great property. Close to beach and dining

Did not like family gathering space above bedrooms. Too noisy. Not enough towels ( had to wash towels every other day.) Not enough seating in family area, had to use dinning chairs to gather in evening. Beds were good, master shower was good, enough hot water for a large family.😀 chairs on balcony off family area very comfortable.

We loved the porch and large dining table. Tybee is just the best!

Beautiful home, great location, and built in baby gates is such a plus! Very clean 👌 With a nice offsite pool.

Everything was just as promised and beautiful surroundings with lots to do.

We travel with two other couples several times a year, and it can be hard to please 6 people. Everyone enjoyed their stay at this home! Even though we drew the short straw for the room, it was still comfortable and we had our own bath. We chose the twin beds on the top floor, so we would not have to share a bathroom. The king suite, the King bed and the queen with the extra bath are all located on the second floor. The kitchen was probably the best equipped we have seen ( although this trip we didn’t plan any meals in) they actually have glasswear not plastic! They had wine openers, Martin shakers and shot glasses. ( no martini glasses, we were glad we brought our own, but didn’t need our other glasses we brought with us, we don’t like using plastic) we could make lattes in the morning as they even had the frothier we have at home. The house was clean and cozy. The house is perfect for 6 adults. However, they did have baby gates across each stair in case we had brought the grand littles with us. We loved having the garage for the car, as it was kept cool. The small beach was a stones throw from the house, and from there you could walk all the way to the pier if you wanted to. (About a 40 minute walk along the water edge) We enjoy walking the beach so was perfect for us. However we planted our chairs closer to our entrance. I had communicated with the property manager about beach chairs and umbrellas, was told we needed to bring our own....so we loaded that all too! BUT, they had the six chairs there...that should be in the description of what’s included. (When you are paying top dollar for a house chairs, umbrellas are a nice touch as well al a beach wagon for children or a cooler. And cheap for the landlord) would have saved tons of space. The walk to town was just a few blocks, many nice restaurants. We spent a couple days in Savannah...great places to eat and love the river front there. Fresh fish can be purchased at a few spots on the island if you are cooking, and the local grocery was able to cut us beautiful filet steak as we decided to cook in one night. Those you can make in the oven as there is not a grill. Walk to the pool is close. Perfect if you have young children. Need to bring your own beach towels. There is a shower outside for sanding off. If you are traveling with physically challenged people, you can rent golf carts. I think I have shared some essentials....enjoy your vacation!

This property was well represented, overall. Clean and stocked with everything promised. The pool for the ‘community’ is a bit further than expected and there is a cost to park (sad) and only open 10-5 (also sad) Note: Dishwasher does not clean very well

We had the best time at this property! It was very close to several local popular restaurants, the pier, inlet and beach access. We had some minor maintenance issues but the host company was very quick to respond to all communication and to have the issues assessed. Check-in and accessing the property was very easy. We are already looking to book again in the future!

Perfect for families or group of friends

My husband and I stayed here for spring break with our twins boys and my 70 yr old mom and enjoyed the house very much. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. The decor was lovely and house very clean. This house has a lot of stairs so we were glad to have the elevator to get the groceries and luggage up to the 3rd story kitchen and bedroom. It has such a great location to walk to the strip with several shops and restaurants and close to the beach. We went to Savannah a few times for sight seeing and dinner and the drive was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our time on Tybee and hope to visit again.

We had a group of friends that were coming to Savannah for a quick getaway. The house was clean and in a good location.

What a great property. Unfortunately, we received rain most of the weekend, but still had a wonderful time. Local restaurants were also good.

Great stay. Only issue we had was the entry code we received was not complete but was able to call and get the complete code for entry. Elevator was very important as we had someone with limited mobility.

The property was great and communication was easy with the management company. Location was great as it was a quiet neighborhood but easy to walk to the main strip, beach, pool, etc. and a quick drive to the north side of the island if you choose to go there. The property had a little bit of wear but was clean and had everything we needed. Guest bath had an issue with getting water all over the floor after showering as the glass partition leaked a bit. We were surprised that we had to use streaming services if you wanted to watch the tv at all….however, you weren’t spending your time there to watch tv so it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t think twice about using this property or any others with the same rental management company.

Great house! New to rentals so some small things to be worked out but the manager was always quick to respond and get people out to fix the problem. House is further then the ocean then expected before booking. Recommend booking a golf cart! Elevator is a must use in the house especially with older adults as the living room and kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay
