We loved our time at this property. The location is great and the house is beautiful. A major bonus was the fully equipped kitchen. We had all the pots, pans, utensils we could ask for. We will be back!

Driving up the road to get there was not very nice but the street that we were on & the house was great. The outside deck was private and walking down a little hard, but the kayaks and the hot tub were a great bonus! I know most people do not like TVs when they’re on vacation. I on the other hand do not get to watch TV, so when I’m on vacation, I do enjoy to do that. There’s only one small TV in the living room and one small TV in the master. I really have nothing negative to say, we had a great time on my sons birthday! P.s. The Italian restaurant that is 10 miles away has family meals that we ordered online and picked up one night for dinner, it was very convenient!

Gorgeous home and huge windows looking into lake. Nothing in this home is cheap feeling. Lake is a good ways down hill. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent game room. I’d give it 5 stars except the gazebo was gone and a bit of a construction site, so no place to sit closer to lake. And the water heater broke during our stay. The owner and mgmt company were very helpful, had it replaced and made it right, great folks to work with.

We had 7 adults and 5 kids stay at the property to celebrate a birthday. It was the perfect size and the number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms was ideal. Property was clean. Views were beautiful. The property manager responded immediately to any messages or questions. Highly recommend and we would stay again!

The view was amazing, the location was great. But we had a lot negative moments: The bbq grill was dirty, took a time clean it up to able to cook. Most of the door’s lock are not working. A/C didn’t cool well, we had to sweat and join the house with 77-79 degree. No hot water, we had to take a shower with cold water. But for some reason, in our bathroom toilet has the hot water, not the sink. No lights outside at the stairs, so we couldn’t enjoy the hut-tub well, because it was hard to walk there after getting dark. The lights near the grill better not use because, it is still dark even when you switch them on. Disposal of the sink in the kitchen was not working. We were so upset, coz we went there to celebrate a holiday with family, but had to spend a time to clean the grill, try to find out how to switch on the lights, or how to make A/C cool the house.

This place was just great and spacious. Highly recommend !

Upon first glance, this property seemed to have everything: large house, multiple beds, a game room, and even paddle boards and kayaks to explore the lake. Although it seemed like a wish come true, it was not. After getting settled in, we noticed that the house had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival (aka lots of spider webs and dust, dirty bathtub, etc). Despite the hiccup, we were still happy to be there and could handle a little mess. What we could not handle was the lack of security the house provided. As we went to sleep, we noticed that we could not turn on the alarm. We contacted the property manager the following day regarding the alarm and were told, "Guests are not given access to the alarm. You can utilize the door lock." Upon further questioning, we were connected with the home owner, who told us much of the same. After explaining our discomfort in the household and desire to dispute the payment/reservation, we were told we would be evicted that day if we proceeded to do so. Due to our refusal to be blackmailed, we were ignored by the owner for the remainder of the trip. We completed our trip, despite feeling quite dissatisfied and concerned for our safety the entire time. Upon our arrival in our own home(s), we came to discover an escaped prison inmate had committed violent acts towards an entire family not far from where our rental home was located. While that alarm may have seemed rather unimportant to the homeowner, the communication and aggression we received from her affected how I am writing this today. Simple things such as a clean home, clean dishes, and a safe house make all the difference between 1 or 5 stars. I urge people to be cautious when looking at this house, any house, and to get all the facts before booking.

We enjoyed the stay. The house was beautiful with great amenities, the access to the lake was awesome. We didn't have to leave the house to go somewhere else to enjoy the lake. Easy access to the lake from the backyard and that was excellent. Kayaks were a plus and a hit with the family, as well as the hot tub. The only thing I would recommend is to change the water in hot tub. When we got there it was a bit hazy even after we shocked it, as instructed, the water wasn't as bad, but not clear. Other than that I totally recommend the house and we'd love to book it again. Great place!

The property itself was absolutely incredible. The view was fabulous and super close to the marina and river. The big thing was that the property wasn’t cleaned very well. There was trash and dirty dishes, and the oven and dishwasher just weren’t cleaned. The beds were made, and overall the property was very nice. TurnKey was very responsive too and is working with me about the cleanliness. But I definitely would stay again.

I will say that if you plan on staying here bring some consumables with you like toilet paper and paper towels because they provide a very small portion and we blew threw those things pretty quickly. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away though to get good supplies. Lastly, the communication with the Turnkey people was outstanding. Had a little concern of some standing water in the garage when we got there and when I made contact I was contacted very quickly and they kept constant communication throughout when I needed it.
