The accommodations were perfect for our family and doggy. The weather was better than I expected, Praise God for all our blessings! We would suggest that a electric hand mixer be added to the kitchen. That was the only item we lacked. It was beautiful

We’ve been renting beach houses for about 10 years and this is the nicest yet! Spectacular condition, super clean, has all the amenities including all kitchen supplies, and the elevator made move in and move out so easy. The location was fabulous — we were within 3 mins walking to the beach and kids could come home for a break when tired. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding and kids enjoyed the large expanse of sand before the waves. Everything in the house description and pictures were right on target. The trundle under the bunk bed filled out a nice kids room, and all the other beds were incredibly comfortable. We had 2 families with 5 adults and 5 kids who all had space! Kids were huge fans of the fuzzy blankets in each room as well as the large collection of games and DVDs! We rented bikes from 50 South which were delivered and picked up right on time — cycled up and down the island. Desiree communicated promptly and check in/checkout were super easy. All in all, a wonderful week away in Surf City — would give my strongest recommendations for this home!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was everything in the description. We celebrated my husband's birthday during our visit. The only thing missing was an electric mixer to prepare whipping cream for his birthday cake. I would suggest that you add one. The AC made noise when we started it up, but the owner had someone come out and replace the unit promptly. It was a beautiful time and memories made were great!

This home is simply amazing! You want for nothing. Elevator was a thoughtful amenity as well. Our family vacations a lot and we are VERY peculiar when it comes to cleanliness; and this home is by far the best! Money well spent.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The interior of the home is amazing. Although we lodged for a few days, it is equipped for longer stays. If you are one that prefers the finer things in life, this property is for you.

We loved staying in this home. It was beautiful, clean & the beds were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked & the owners had everything you might need. We loved the decks & beautiful kitchen. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach which was amazing. The elevator was a huge plus too for unloading & loading the car. We loved everything about Surf City & this home. We hope to come back soon!

This house was so beautiful and cozy we really didn't want to leave. It's well stocked with everything you need and very clean. You can see both the ocean and the bay from the top deck, and the walk to the beach and public access was super easy. We rented bicycles from 50 South surf shop about 1.5 miles from the house and enjoyed riding around the island and visiting the local shops and restaurants. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely return!

Everything about this house and location is perfect

Location is close to restaurants and shopping. Short walk to the beach. Elevator made it convenient for loading/unloading. It was nice for old folks too! 😁 enjoyed the decks in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again. 👍🏻

This house was amazing. It had everything we could have needed and it was so close to the beach! They really thought of everything. Beach towels, chairs, outdoor shower, full kitchen. Everyone had a great time!

I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars for this stay. I was looking for a new way to enjoy the beach. I have been going to the same resort beach town for years and the crowds and noise have started to make it a less enjoyable experience each year. This home and the Surf City, NC beaches have been the antidote I needed!! Starting with the home I can safely say it was gorgeous! It is set up in a way that makes going from a day on the beach to a comfortable night in an absolute breeze. Downstairs you will find an outdoor shower and storage for all your beach paraphernalia. The next floor has most of the bedrooms and bathrooms that comfortably accommodated everyone in my family. Unlike a hotel room we were not piled on top of each other waiting impatiently for the bathroom. On the top floor was another bedroom and a comfortable living room as well as a well-supplied kitchen with all the bells and whistles. The open floor plan made it easy to spend time together, but the spaciousness of the home also allowed for privacy. The decor was impressive with everything displaying a feel of classy meets comfortable. The ample deck space was also a great way to wind down in the evenings or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. A look to the right or left gave you a choice of a beach view or a sound view. The owner Desiree was amazing and always available to answer questions about the home or the area. We really enjoyed the board that displayed local things to do and were able to make it to a few of them. We had a fun time at the arts and crafts show on Thursday morning and came home with a few mementos to remember our time in Surf City, NC. Speaking of the location of this home. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful time we had there. The beaches were beautiful and clean. There was no early morning fight for a good spot on the beach. We were able to spread out with plenty of room when we got there with no one in our way of the gorgeous view. The water was amazing, and the people were so friendly. We made our way down to the pier for ice cream and out to dinner as well and everything was reasonably priced and delicious. I honestly cannot think of a bad thing to stay about our stay. I can only say that my days on those crowded beaches are over as I am now completely spoiled by our stay in this home in Surf City, NC!

This property is beautiful. New.. tastefully decorated. The best part is that they provide so many essentials. Paper towels, soap, linens, beach towels. Everything! It was a huge relief to not have to worry about that. Wonderful location. Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with cookware, but we made it work. Would definitely go back.

Updated home with comfortable furniture and everything that you need for cooking. Very close to the beach. Restaurants and stores are just a few minutes by car.

The place is perfect: when the Surf City roundabout is busy, this neighborhood is far away enough that you are not affected, but still close enough that it’s not a problem to go get tacos, coffee, groceries or shaved ice. Located on a quiet street, it only took a couple minutes before our toes were in the sand for our (multiple) daily trips to the beach. We were so pleasantly surprised as we walked into this beautifully appointed home. The decor is picture perfect, comfortable and luxe without being pretentious. The elevator was great for move in and move out. It was so well-done, we would love to model our rental in a similar fashion! The house comes with everything you need and want: kitchen items, beach towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dishwashing liquid, movies and games, even throw blankets in the living room. The second floor master bedroom mattress is firm, some like that others may not. Don’t forget to check for the robes in the closet! The third floor feels cooler than the second floor, so we recommend choosing the floor that best suites how you sleep. The WiFi password is clearly displayed in the house book. The third floor balcony was excellent for outdoor meals. Everything about this home was perfect for us. Many people say “we’ll be back” and we certainly will - we booked our next stay after our first night there! Evolve management staff was very friendly. The owners communication was quick and helpful. Cleanliness A++ ( immaculate, seemed like new construction with no prior visitors) Proximity to Beach A++ (can see and hear ocean from decks and bedrooms - one to two minute walk to beach) Hominess A++ (while tastefully done, also feel right at home right away) Host and Hostess A++ (available, kind, courteous, responsive) Amenities A++ (all luxury linens, towels, cookware, etc. immaculate and in abundance) Price A++ (I looked at hundreds...this is where you want to book.) well appointed; everything that was needed was provided other than food and clothing. house was clean and everything was in place. 2 minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants. elevator was handy in getting things to the bedroom level and upper level, especially the food coolers. ample storage on the ground level for 4 bikes. even the 2 decks were well furnished. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the family room. a good time was had by 3 generations of family

Loved staying in this beach house! Adorably decorated and perfect main floor set up for cooking, eating, and lounging - with a large patio that offers even more seating and space to hang. Perfect location as well. Would stay here again!

The house is even nicer and prettier than the pictures! Beautifully decorated , well appointed with anything needed in the kitchen. Great patios, brand new outside grill that we cooked steaks on, comfy beds and wonderful towels and bath products, even fun board games!!! It is not right on the beach like it says but it’s a very short walk just across the street to a wonderful part of the beach. Hostess couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! Would give more stars if I could. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time here! The homes cleanliness is superb! It’s hard to find dog friendly properties with a nice yard and this home exceeded our expectations for our dog. They even provided a dog bowl, and over small detailed things you may forget at home. There was plenty of room & We will definitely stay again at this property !

Awesome Vacation stay at this location!

This property doesn’t disappoint!! It was a perfect location to host a girls weekend, relaxing with friends! Desiree and Jeff are excellent hosts who were quick to respond to a few minor questions we had. The house is immaculately maintained. The kitchen has excellent cookware and large/small appliances and tools. The linens are extremely comfortable. Even beach towels and chairs are provided!! The walk to the beach is only a few steps across the street. A short drive to Serenity Point on the south side of the island provided the opportunity for a vibrant sunset hike. My partner and I are rebooking another weekend soon!

Everything about the house and our stay was great. New furnishings, well equipped kitchen, thoughtful supplies, spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly owner. We were originally a bit concerned because there were no reviews and few bookings, but learned that's only because it is new to the market. I'm sure it will pile up the 5 star reviews quickly!
