The only draw back was, I thought it was a 3 bedroom condo....my 85 year old friend had to sleep on one of the bunk beds with only a curtain separating his space and he had no closet...other than that it was a very nice place and close to where out conference was....

Hosts Hayley and Paul welcomed the 5 of us with our 2 pets. Condo was exactly as listed everything was in order. Ample parking for our vehicles as we attended the Columbia Valley show and shine. Great vacation value for a family or small group of friends with pets.

Beautifully, uniquely decorated. Clean and provided everything you could need. Very helpful host. Would definitely recommend and would love to come and stay again.

We had a family get together with our son from Calgary, daughter and Grand daughter visiting from Scotland. The facilities met all our needs and the location was ideal being close to the water.

The Property is very clean.

We had a lovely time in this condo! It was clean and well equipped, and a stone's throw from the beach and marina. While walkable, it's a bit of a hike to downtown so we typically drove. We had such a busy schedule that we didn't take full advantage of the pool and hot-tub, but they looked lovely. The only thing of note that I'd mention for other vacationers, is that the den with the bunkbed is separated by a curtain and not a door (I didn't find this obvious from the pictures). It didn't effect us at all, but had we been expecting to put children to bed there, they may have been disrupted by conversation in the kitchen/living room. Not a complaint, just an observation :) The deck was a great size with a large table. The commitment to the bear theme was commendable, and I'm sure kids LOVE it! Hosts were lovely, and arrival instructions were clear. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute little spot - nice deck and views. Disappointed in the pool should have read the fine print and further down listing. The fact that it’s not operational is not obvious. I had filtered for a property with a pool. Great location otherwise. Owners seem very nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at the Bear’s Den. Such a wonderfully located condo, close to Invermere downtown with its quaint shops and both Sobeys and No Frills for grocery shopping. The heated underground parking was a pleasure to have, especially when preparing to ski at Panorama. The condo itself is spacious and well appointed! We lacked for nothing. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of dishes, glasses, utensils not to mention that the hosts have provided renters with all sorts of condiments, spices, sauces etc. We had brought most of these from home but, if we had not, they would have come in handy. Comfortable beds in the 2 main bedrooms and a double/single bunk in the den. We loved the extra space to store our stuff in the den. TV is a great size and very comfortable recliner seating in the living room. The condo building is quiet and well maintained. One indoor underground spot is included. Additional outdoor parking available. The clubhouse has a great change room for using the hot tub. We enjoyed our hot tub after a day of skiing. From our first enquires with Hayley, we got great service. Prompt and courteous and very professional. Questions were answered and we felt comfortable dealing with her. We are very much looking forward to returning to The Bear’s Den” in future ski seasons.

Perfect place to stay in Invermere. Close to walking trails, 14 KM from Panorama Ski Resort. A short drive to hot springs. It is a very well stocked, clean unit. Communication with the owner was great. We will be back!

This condo feels like home. It is decorated in a very cute bear theme. All of the beds and linens are very comfortable. This condo is incredibly well stocked. My only request would be more towels. Difficult to use hot tub when only have one bath towel per person. It is a 10 minute walk to the downtown. The property owner was very responsive. Hayley was able to get toilet paper dropped off and a plumber in to fix the dishwasher. I can’t wait to return for another visit.

Wonderful place for a family! Very comfortable and relaxing and a great location for the hot springs and site seeing.

Very cozy place to hook up and visit friends

Very clean place. Property theme is bears. Very cozy and appropriate for vacation home. Very well supplied kitchen and fridge. The owner (Hayley) is exceptional communicator. We really did enjoy our family vacation. We have been traveling to Columbia Valley over 12 years. This is our best place.

The place was well appointed and clean, with the owners being well organized and set up. Underground parking, a fold-up wagon for heading to the beach, and the beach being so close were bonuses we found out after arriving. The unit faces in to the courtyard, but has great trees for privacy, and the deck is a nice addition. The strange part was the owner not telling us that the pool was out of commission until after the cancellation date had passed. The pool was a primary reason we booked the place, and a resident told us it had been out of order for over a year. When we expressed disappointment with the pool not being operational, the owner said she'd give us a discount, but then never did; and when I followed up asking about her offer, I got no reply. It all worked out as the weather was good and the beach is close and the lake was pretty warm, but it came across as weird.

Was a great location for surrounding area activities

Hayley, one of the owners, is very very helpful. She tolerated my endless questions about the area restaurants, the golf, etc. The condo itself is beyond outstanding. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals all over North America and this one is, without a doubt, one of the best. The beds are extremely comfortable, as is the livingroom and patrio furniture. The kitchen is as well stocked as mine at home. The little added touches such as sugar for coffee already waiting for you make the stay extra special. This condo is well worth the stay.... The Bear’s den was perfect for our group of 7! Comfortable beds, enough dishes, and excellent location. The only thing that could use improving was the dishwasher didn’t work that well, dishes needed to be completely clean before being placed in the dishwasher.

We loved the location and the condo was comfortable. We loved that we could bring our dog with us and that the cupboards were stocked with condiments and lots of dishes. Everything you needed was available.
