Check in was horrible, 15 minutes?? Bed sheets were very old, thin and stained Only 2 towels Hot breakfast served cold

Room smelled like wet linens and floor smeeles as they if they mopped with a dirty mop and dirty water

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. We had a mechanical issue with our vehicle and Brandon from the front desk and Carlito went above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciated their help.

The room was very dirty. The linens had blood on them, the mattress was very lumpy. The toilet had brown streaks in it that most likely could be solved with bleach. It is a tropical destination and I understand that the rooms are musty because of the weather, but as far as cleanliness goes there is no explanation other than lack of interest in keeping the rooms clean. We had an issue with the smoke detector beeping from low battery the minute we walked into the room, which is also an indicator that it had been a long time since anyone checked the room to make sure it was clean prior to assigning it to a guest. Luckily we only stayed one night. I would not recommend the hotel based on the status of the rooms.

there was cockroaches in both our rooms and we were only given 2 towels for 2 queen beds we had 3 people in one room and 2 in the other so not enough towels and they only came to one room each day so the other room had to get towels later because they would not go to other room

I like the restaurant it’s good and the staff very nice.

They need to get new pillows and not use the sheets as pillows. As well new towels the quality is very cheap.

Staff was very friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the shower head is high (plus for tall people), rooms are spacious, your own parking space close to room

Bed size (full), rooms need updates, advertised as a 5 star luxury hotel but missing a lot of the luxury feel. No comforter on the beds, needless to say it was a cold night. Room didn’t even have the prop to place your luggage.

In a very secluded spot in an otherwise busy area of town. Felt very safe and secure here. There is a good restaurant on site. Shout out to the cleaning staff who were very helpful.

Pool it’s freezing all day and doesn’t have warming system. it’s a bit old and beds base is of stone.
