This stay was excellent! I would give it a 10/10 if I could. The place was very clean, quaint and cute. It was the perfect size if not even a bit roomy for just the two of us. I loved that dog bowls were left out as I had forgotten mine at home. I love this cabin’s very close proximity to town, groceries, liquor and breakfast while also still feeling very close to nature. I also love that it is extremely close to tons of hiking options. It was the easiest most convenient thing to find a quick hike to a waterfall that was stunning and 10 minutes away. You are very close to the mountains here and the views are spectacular with just a drive around the area. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard very much. We felt very at home and at peace here. I was sad leaving! I highly recommend.

Nice cabin up in Vermont away from it all! Was quiet, with easy access to smugglers notch and other areas around it. Fully functional, has kitchen with stove/oven, coffee pot, running water and a nice bathroom. Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway or longer if you want!

The location is perfect for all activities. We really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our dog and really enjoyed the fire pit and picnic table.

We loved everything about the cabin. Being able to take our puppy was an added bonus. We had trouble finding the cabin and our contact was very quick to respond to us and helpful getting us headed in the right direction. Highly recommend this propertyvv

Well located between Burlington and Stowe, this cute cabin is a lovely place to stay for 2 to 4 people. Great restaurants/bar suggestions by the owner. Our dog loved running outside and exploring.

This was the perfect little cabin for us to use as a base camp for our winter adventures. We have two young kids and a dog and the fenced backyard was perfect for playing in the snow without worrying about the kids or dog wandering out into the road. We greatly enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again in the future.

The cabin gives you the authentic Vermont experience! Just down the road from Smugglers Notch and a 50 minute drive to Stowe.

The perfect getaway cottage. Cozy and comfortable, it is close access to many popular sites. Communication with the owners makes you feel like a welcomed guest, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to play in safety. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Perfect location to get to smugglers notch and Stowe. The cars are loud like expressed in other reviews but it didn't bother us too much. The kids loved running around the yard. The view from the back porch is beautiful.

This is a nice cabin with plenty of room to stretch out and have some privacy if you're staying with others. Seating and bedding is extra comfy. Extremely close to at least two great places to get some food and suds. The internet solution is cellular-based and is not suitable for those expecting to stream HD or maintain solid connections to things requiring strong bandwidth. For those not used to owning dogs this might be a hard choice - the smell of dog and a little dampness has really stuck to things we brought inside.

We loved this log cabin. Simple, homey, and perfect for my family and dog. Thoughtfully set up. Loved that the entire property was fenced in for our dog. Thank you.

Beautiful property and very responsive hosts. Very close to Stowe and Jefferson hikes and other outdoor activities. Wish it was a little off the main road for more privacy, but overall a great place to vacation.

I was on vacation as a “reset” prior to starting back to work for the season. It was exactly what I needed. The cabin was roomy and clean… the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs especially my 7 month old lab who didn’t mind the foul weather at all! The only thing I found odd was the lack of a microwave…

This place was awesome! Wifi was not strong but that was disclosed in the listing so was not a surprise. Lots of privacy and great location for skiing! Couldn’t ask for anything more from this house!

Great view and access to Smuggler's Notch. Comfortable stay. We brought our 2 year old lab mix, and he had a wonderful time. Make sure you download directions before you go. Cell phone service is spotty, and Google Maps will take you to the wrong address! Make sure you go to the one that is south of Jefferson, and minutes away from Smuggler's.

We were not informed until getting property details two days before our trip that Notch pass is completely closed during the winter. We had to drive an hour each way every day to ski - 2+ hours in the car each day. I thought price point was a bit high considering this factor, the size of the property, and the fact that we had to change linens, take out trash, etc… This is likely a better fit for a summer or fall rental. If looking to ski, it’s perfect for Smugglers. Otherwise, if skiing Stowe, I recommend looking at resorts or inns instead.
