Das Hotel Resort hat unserer Familie einen tadellosen Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service ermöglicht. Wir haben mit einem Kleinkind 7 Tage dort verbracht und jeden Tag dort genossen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Sie haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und unsere Tochter verwöhnt. Der Pool war sauber und die Anlage gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war extraordinär! Zum Buffet konnte man zusätzlich täglich kostenfrei á la carte bestellen! Das Egg Benedict war meisterhaft. Der Service und die kulinarische Auswahl waren sowohl lokal als auch kontinental, abwechslungsreich, frisch und für jeden etwas dabei. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren gut isoliert und klimatisiert. Das Interior Design und Konzept war durchdacht und sehr stilvoll. An der Rezeption konnte man täglich (kostenfrei) flexibel Shuttlefahrten zu verschiedenen Stränden und Sightseeing Points bestellen. Es war ein außergewöhnlicher und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Es gibt überhaupt nichts, nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit zu kritisieren!

Very nice hotel, well kept, clean, when we were there not a lot of people so laying around pool was nice. Gave us umbrellas, beach tote and towels, nice touches like that. Beautifully decorated. While it isn't close to a lot of the nightlife where everyone else is, there are quite a few good,safe options within walking distance, right next to 7-11. When we'd venture out to other more popular areas, we were unimpressed and preferred local places.
The cafe is the bar and restaurant, so after 6 pm you're on your own. It was far from main tourist drags-- good in that not crowded at all, but just fewer options around. Honestly though there are quite a few nice places around it with safe food and drinks.

A great boutique hotel, just a short walk from Rawai beach road. Amazing value and a great option for those looking for something different to big box hotels. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Insanely clean and comfortable room. Pool is amazing. Nice fitness room an added bonus. Great coffee shop, local food, and 7/11 right next door. Great value for money.

All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked the room with pool access which was lovely to lay out on your own beds. The facilities for the price are definitely value for money spent. We would stay here again.
Some of the facilities are a bit worn, however for the price you’re paying it is definitely worth it.

Great rooms with large balconies overlooking the tropical courtyard gardens. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus service to local places of interest was a real bonus. The driver could not have been more helpful and courteous.
Limited breakfast options for some and perhaps a little too far from the best beaches for others. None of that detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel, the pool, the free shuttle bus, it was all perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The coffee at breakfast was not great. First day they brought the wrong order, second day the coffee came 20 minutes after ordering, basically after breakfast. The other days it was just bad coffee, they seem to think americano is a regular black coffee, but it is not. No one likes to drink watery see-through coffee...

The hotel was very overpriced. I have stayed in Rawai many times. I would say the hotel cost. Twice the price it should have been.

The room was very spacious with a balcony overseeing the pool. There was a drying rack too, but I advise not to put any bright clothes on it, since the color of the wood might transfer to the clothes. AC was working very well and we were also able to watch Netflix on the TV! The breakfast was a la carte, which was also a plus.
The only thing I found "inconvenient" was the shape of the sink, since the water dropping from our hands would always splash out whenever we would use it.

Everything- fabulous staff, great pool and a big comfortable room. The location is good although it’s a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants.
