Modern, stylish, great location close to the ski Gondel, shops and restaurants. Boot rooms with heated boot holders and a locker for equipment. comfortable room with balcony and great views of the ski slopes.

our children are older and maybe we would have benefited from another bedroom 4 of us slept in one but this is no fault of the accommodation just the logistics of our family

Access to a washing machine would have been nice.

The room and the building itself are of high quality in terms of furniture, details and usability. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are large and comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite. The Planai West as well as the center of Schladming are in 100 meters walking distance, so the position is just perfect.

A small but common problem: the little rubber pieces, which would alleviate the characteristic sound of the chair pulling, have been felt from the bottom of the legs of the chairs. So you wake up every morning to the neighbor pulling - pushing the chair. I would suggest to regularly check these tiny pieces.

We stayed in exactly the same room as 3 years ago and it was everything we remembered it to be. Comfortable beds, well outfitted kitchen and a daily sauna routine following a day on the slopes. Perfect location, close to the skilift on one side, close to restaurants on the other side.

everything was great. one little downside is the ground floor rooms are facing public parking lot So Thats a bit disturbing. wouod recommend to grow a line of bushes around or something like that Mates’s have it opened view to the parking lot.
