We had two days at a hotel then moved into town for a better vibe. The pubs in St Andrew’s are awesome, great food, friendly staff. The Dunes is in walking distance from all of the attractions of St Andrew’s. It is quiet, warm, the appliances are excellent and the convenience is unbeatable. Although there is no parking we were there at peak time and found parking easily. Would highly recommend this property.

You can't get a better location in St Andrews, steps to the Old Course, pubs, restaurants and attractions. The apt was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful hosts as well. Really a great experience.

We could not have found a better location/property for me, my wife and daughter. Everything was perfect and the host was great. Spectacular location and such a comfortable setting. Would absolutely book again without hesitation.

Hosts were wonderful to communicate with. Flat was clean and tidy. Easy walk to restaurants, and St. Andrews Links and the beach. They also had nice hair dryers in each bedroom. Location made it easy to navigate the town without a rental car, and it was a wonderful, spacious place to come back to at the end of each day. We hope to be back in the next few years.

Amazing location, 150 yards from Old Course 1st tee. Walkable to everything St Andrews has to offer. The property is thoughtfully equipped, comfortable and a pleasant place to hang out in. The only occasional frustration is the car parking situation, which is an issue for the town and not specific to the property. There are great parking spots very close, but you may need some luck to snag one. In summary, we would definitely recommend and would return.

This was an amazing property. Superbly located, mere steps down a Wynd and you are looking at the eighteenth green of the Old Course! Restaurants, pubs, grocery store, pharmacy & shops all located within easy walking distance. The flat is clean, beautifully furnished and well provisioned. The owners are delightful, easy to work with and always responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this fantastic property.

The property was well maintained, containing all the household appliances, TV etc that a renter would need. It also provided us the close proximity to the Old Course and the town center of St. Andrews that allowed us to walk to most attractions. The hosts were most accommodating and responded to our questions about restaurants, things to do etc and we therefore highly recommend the property to folks who want to enjoy this beautiful city...

City of St Andrews is terrific; culture, history & golf. This VRBO is perfect as it puts you right in the middle of it all. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. Parked our car out front and didn’t need it for the 4 day stay as we could walk to everything. I’d stay there again.

We went to St Andrew’s to attend a grandsons graduation from the university. This flat was perfect, the location is close to everything. The owners respond quickly to any inquiry you might make. We immediately felt at home. Definitely will stay here again if/when we return.

Absolute best VRBO I have stayed. Great communication with hosts but everything was so perfect we didn’t need them during the stay. If you’re coming to play golf this is a prime location. We walked to our tee times at the Old Course and New Course plus you’re only minutes walking to the shops and restaurants. Definitely coming back

The apartment was in an excellent location. It was a 3 minute walk to both the first tee of the Old Course and the shopping/dining area on North St. Inside, the apartment was clean, modern and functional. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage for a weeks stay. The bathrooms were updated with excellent showers. The only complaint would be that the second bedroom lacked a mirror for the women to use when doing hair/make up. The washer/drier were a bonus I wouldn't have expected in a typical apartment. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great 3-day stay at this property. The location was perfect to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. Also, an easy walk to the grocery store to pick up items for meals. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Our Stay in St.Andrews
Andrew and Maria's place was excellent! And a great location. Parking was easy to find. The place was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. Everything was new!! The beds were super comfy. They respond very quickly and very accommodating to our needs. The check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.
Added bonuses with a variety of coffee pods being delivered directly to the house some beer, wine, and so many extras.
We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to St. Andrews.
We would stay here again easily!

The Dunes is within walking distance to the Old Course, shops, restaurants, and museums. Very clean - all the kitchen and cleaning supplies were available including spices, coffee, tea and much more.
