Just returned from this villa; could give it nothing else but a 5 star review. Everything was amazing and exactly as described.
There was plenty of space inside and outside. The pool and games room were a massive hit with the kids.
Would definitely recommend and will look to stay again.
Nb: communication with Paolo was faultless; he was always very quick to respond and answer any queries we had.

Both the house and pool were wonderful. Big garden too that was so peaceful and private and not overlooked. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. Poop table in the games room was so handy when you wanted a break from the sun. Air conditioning all through the house too was great thank you we will be back.

A amazing property with ample space, superb facilities and fully equipped. Myself and my family loved the heated pool, hot tub and outdoor space as well as the basement games area. Beautifully furnished and great location for a perfect relaxing and fun holiday.

The house is a golf-facing property with excellent amenities (heated pool and jacuzzi, table tennis, billiard, etc). It's very well kept and the kitchen has all the elements that you may need.

This was an excellent holiday from beginning to end.
When we booked the Villa some months ago, the owner, Paolo, contacted us to introduce himself. He did the same on arrival and on departure to ensure that everything had met our expectations, which it did. The local Management Agency was Cleverdetails in Vilamoura and they met us at the Villa, showed us round, responded to all queries promptly and arranged all transfers for our party of 10 adults at various times throughout the 2 week stay. The Villa itself is spacious, modern and excellent and our family had a wonderful relaxing time, enjoying all the facilities of the Villa and the local area. This is the 4th Villa holiday we have had in Vilamoura and this one as the best by far. I have no hesitation in giving this venue my fullest recommendation.

Wonderful, well maintained property located in an ideal location and well suited for a family group. A big plus is the additional games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. The property enables easy access to the rest of the Algarve.

The Villa is outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor space, spotlessly clean and absolutely everything you need. The outdoor space is excellent with a lovely garden, pool and view of the golf course.
The host is excellent and quick to respond to any request. The agency looking after the villa arranged our airport transfers and checked us all in very smoothly.
There is a newly opened supermarket nearby that has a fresh seafood counter and butchers.. perfect for the BBQ.
Would definitely recommend and book again.

The end to end process from booking through to departure was so easy. The Villa was just beautiful. 5* in every way. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was amazing too! Our host, Paolo, was so quick to respond to any questions we had and quickly arranged a couple of items we needed for the baby in our group. He usually responded within 5 minutes and was so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend the Villa to groups of family and friends who are seeking a quiet location but within easy reach of all that beautiful Vilamoura has to offer. We had a wonderful holiday making memories as a family of 9!

We had such an amazing holiday in Portugal all thanks to Paolo, Clever Agency, and this beautiful villa! From booking, everything was communicated brilliantly. The villa is truly stunning and perfect for a family or group of friends. It is a 10 minute drive to the marina. The pool is fantastic, and the views of the golf course are beautiful. There was lots to keep us entertained, and they have thought of everything! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Paolo for a delightful stay!

A few minor problems that were resolved by the agency.
Ants in one bedroom. One bedroom with shower over bath was only hand held. However the villa overall was beautiful and enjoyed by all.
More information about area and local facilities would be good.
