We were lucky enough to be "upgraded" to this home by our local Vacasa rep, when the pool at the rental we had initially booked was unusable upon arrival. What a wonderful place! The home is super clean and vibrant, the beds are incredibly comfy, and the hosts seem to have thought of everything. From the fully equipped kitchen to the books and puzzles to the curling irons and hair dryers to the ample towels and linens, everything we needed was organized and easy to find. There were many baskets and organizers for our stuff, as well! The pool and lanai provided a wonderful semi-private spot to relax between activities, and many pool floats are provided. The beach, shops, and restaurants were an easy and pleasant walk, and there are several beach chairs and other items to choose from in the garage. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return with our family soon! Though it was just my husband and me on this trip, I would highly recommend this house for families or small groups too.

Could easily walk to beach ! Loved location , it was ideal ! House was perfect for multiple families ! When we arrived - broken glass in garage - that wasn’t cleaned up - otherwise very clean ! The only thing was when calling property manager about pool being too warm - they said they would contact us or send someone and no one ever got in touch w us, otherwise would definitely recommend this Vrbo !

This home was lovely, clean and conveniently located. However, we had to pay ‘extra’ to heat the pool. We paid the extra fee but the pool was never turned on. We made multiple calls and used their text system to try for a resolution. Over 8 calls and texts later, a maintenance person stopped out for his ‘routine maintenance’ informing us the pool was not only unheated, it had no chlorine and was not on. We couldn’t use a pool the entire week. So, if you want a pool- or customer service in the event something goes wrong- this is NOT your vacation home. Huge bummer because the owner seemed to care about having a nice place.

The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen was very well stocked with good quality and very good condition pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys and a wagon to take to the beach which was a 4 minute quick walk to the beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops as well. The lanai had plenty of seating around the pool and we were able to use the grill several nights. The beds were comfortable, too. We would definitely book here again. The management responded quickly to a couple of minor questions we had.

We loved this house. Amazing location. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We cooked at home just to keep safe from un-needed germs. Publix a few minutes away by car. House was clean, bright, colorful, so perfect for our family holiday. Was only 4 of us, so there was plenty of space. Kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you might need. 2 toasters, 2 different coffee makers. Lots of cooking stuff, baking stuff, was a full stocked pantry. So many board games.Pool toys,lots of beach stuff to use. We brought our own as we drove there from Canada. Beautiful dining area on pool patio, nice lights and big warm pool with a peaceful waterfall.Neighborhood was nice and quite. Marco Island is a great place. Clean beaches and lots of shells. Jet ski rentals. Hubby and kids booked a night bow fishing trip while there. We would book this house again forsure. Any issues or questions I had were answered within minutes. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

house is a good vacation spot. pool and landscaping nice. Accommodations are fair. House is in need of updates.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect place to stay for five Moms' get away. The special extras were always a pleasant surprise....the wagon, umbrella, towels to take to the beach, the fully loaded kitchen amenities, the abundance of towels to name a few. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic house! Super clean. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Great pool area. Close walk to the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas from Paul’s Rentals near the public access walkway which made the beach incredibly accessible.

We stayed at the beginning of March. We had age ranges from 13 to 70. This house was amazing for families that want to use the kitchen. It has everything you could dream of. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and the garage has everything to take to the beach including a wagon. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.

Everything was there, even a handy cart and beach chairs! The pool was WARM! Rent this home if you like soft beds. (some in our group were happy with the beds) overall we enjoyed this well appointed, sunny spot on Marco Island.

Location is great. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed our time!
