Great location! Easy beach access! Great food options just a walk across the street. Short drive to Florabama and Publix, what more could you ask for?

We had a great time, right on the beach, and walked to dinner every night to restaurants right acrossthe street. Such a relaxing trip!! Condo was clean, and pretty, and furniturewas comfy! We had everything we needed and more. 😁

Beautiful view, great beach

An exceptional condo in the small (32 unit) building of Ocean Breeze East. The condo was nicely decorated with a well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable bed in the master bedroom (We did not use the guest bedroom, but would expect the same level of comfort), and very clean. The gulf-view balcony was larger than any other prior stays (4) in the area, and the rocking chairs and dinette set on the balcony were perfect. Spent every morning with coffee watching the sunrise, and every evening with a cocktail the sunset. Perdido Beach is more relaxed than Pensacola Beach where we’ve stayed prior. It is quieter and with much less traffic, but still has plenty of nice restaurants and a Publix less than 2 miles from the condo. The beach is a short walk from the pool area across an elevated boardwalk to the white sand and, again, far less crowded than our Pensacola Beach experiences. Pool was nice and clean as well, and I don’t recall seeing more than four people in at any one time. Lastly, but not least, our hosts were wonderful. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay to ensure we had a great time. Take note of the hosts’ comment regarding Google Maps that will take you a mile or so west to the sister Ocean Breeze West site. We had a great vacation. The condo was spacious enough for 6 people. Kitchen was stocked well. The condo was very cleaned. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a great time staying in this condo! The owners are really responsive to messages. It was awesome that they had laundry detergent, toilet paper, and coffee supplied for us. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building, but we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Do yourself a favor and use one of the luggage carts in the stairwell. The condo is clean and felt safe. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice, well stocked with cleaning supplies, etc. Owner was accessible by phone when needed. Only confusing part was there are 2 properties (Ocean Breeze East and Ocean Breeze West), and Google automatically navigated to the other property.

I have been coming to Orange Beach and Perdido for almost 20 years. This was on of the most enjoyable times we have had in a while. It is easy to check-in, you don’t have to jump through hoops or remember a bunch of codes. It is not a high rise and so comfortable. The owner actually has provided many things most owners don’t like beach chairs and toys, ample towels even beach towels. We had a 2 year old and 3 year old and felt very safe I. The unit. I would highly recommend this lovely 2 bedroom condo

We loved our stay at Perdido Key! The condo itself was cute, clean, comfortable and had a terrific view of the gulf. It’s a great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive away. The beach was amazing and not overly crowded. We would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again.

We had the best time at this property. It offered everything you could need for a condo on the beach and more! There were chairs, an umbrella and even a kite in the storage closet! We enjoyed flying the kite on a windy afternoon and having that extra umbrella was a lifesaver! Would love to stay again! Thanks for sharing your condo!

Updated, very clean and generally perfect!

It was perfect for us six to stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The view was perfect from the balcony.

Beachfront Condo as described. Clean & spacious. Beds very comfortable, kitchen items well stocked. Condo in close proximity to many restaurants, grocery, shopping and Pensacola (enjoyed Blue Angel practice and A&E fabrics/crafts for quilters, sewing buffs, crafters). Beach front with amazing views- including dolphin sighting from the balcony. Owners very hospitable. Highly recommend and plan to return!

Property was exactly as listed with lots of little extras that made it feel like home. Owners were easy to communicate with and the beach was pristine and not crowded at all. Overall great experience!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this condo so much last year we booked it again for a second year and weren't disappointed. The condo is clean and the view off the balcony can't be beat. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. The area offers a lot to do but, if you don't feel like doing anything, the condo is the perfect place for that also. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean with very nice furniture. Deck chairs are the nicest we have experienced. Location is great. Host responded immediately to questions. Absolutely no problems. We already booked again for next year. Looking forward to returning!!

Absolutely perfect stay! Most comfortable bed we have EVER had on a vacation. The location is Ideal. We got carry out from Jellyfish or Islander Food Shack every evening so we could eat on the wonderful balcony. Dolphin “show” daily. Fantastic communication! We will return!

The condo was everything and more, great location and beautiful beach. Caroline and Gerald are excellent hosts, the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. We’ll be returning next year!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in Perdido Key and LOVED the location. It was nice and quiet and the manager, Caroline, was quick to respond to any needs we had. The unit was very accommodating and the view of the ocean was immaculate! Will be back again!
