Definitely not as clean as I would’ve liked, floors turned my feet black after my first hour in there barefooted. Then there was definitely a dead rodent smell when we got there. When I told the woman at the property management company she just told me that there wasn’t one and then proceeded to ask me if they can send someone there during my stay to patch the hole outside by the balcony where birds were getting in. I personally liked the house and our stay, I just hope they make sure their cleaning team does their job and also be more accommodating/understanding of any guests complaints in the future. I understand there was a problem (a bird/birds got into a hole in the siding) which is unlikely to be a ongoing issue but I hope the management team wouldn’t just dismiss my complaint. I hope this reaches the actual owners of the property because I’m sure they’re paying for the management of this property which includes the cleaning of it.

We love the large family room and the giant dining room table. That's where we played bingo, Catch Phrase, LCR and blackjack every night. It may be time to replace the older AC unit. It was difficult to keep cool in the August heat. We would gladly rent this home again and if our group shrinks we will be back. Thanks for a great week!

It is large and on three levels. Bedrooms are away from living room and kitchen to minimize noise.

Vacation rental in a Fantastic location. 1 Min walk to beach. Comes with a wonderful pool. Great Customer Service Cleanliness, not so good. Home is large, and plenty of space, but needs updating. Spent the first day of arrival cleaning the house again as it was poorly done. Went through cans of Lysol and disinfectants. Some hair left in various bathrooms, urine stains in the toilet, dirt in the inside house trash can, fridge dirty, mold and dirt in various crevices, dirty floors, stairs, and hand rails. Old beds. Unfortunately, i can't say there were any additional measures taken for a "COVID-19" clean.
