We needed a place to stay with family since our daughter was getting married in Bemidji. This property gave us everything we needed. We needed a place that would allow dogs which accommodated us well. We would consider staying again. Nice big fenced in back yard as well.

We were a group of 7 adults. Very nice space for a group. Everything was clean. Two gathering spaces to spread out into. Nits: A slight musty smell when we arrived that dissipated. A little short on plates (just enough for our 7) and utensils. The free standing basement shower drain was slow and it needs a shelf for soap and shampoo. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

What a great surprise, super spacious, well maintained updated. Everyone of all ages enjoyed this space.

We really enjoyed having a place to relax with family while we were in town. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had all the things we needed for our stay.

Loved the large backyard and allowing pets. The bedrooms were attractive and spacious. Nice decor. Good location in Bemidji for access to our gathering place for reunion. Perfection would have been a dishwasher and less carpeting, but my 18 month old grandson loved the carpet. I probably would have been happy with no dishwasher, but I was the dishwasher. Friendly, immediately responsive hosts.

We housed family members: 6 adults and 4 children for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect and we were all very comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds!

Five bedrooms worked out great for the family to attend Navy family member's wedding. Location was close to church, grocery store, and restaurants.

This home rental served our family gathering from South Dakota very well. It was roomy and great for all ages. It was great to find this awesome pet friendly home with a great fenced in back yard. We are making plans to stay for the next gathering!!

The house was large and easily accommodated 6 adults. The rooms were comfortable and the house was clean. We had a great time hanging out in the living room and had ample space to get ready for the day in the three bathrooms. The check-out process was one of the best I have encountered with a home rental. It was easy to finish up without having to take our entire morning cleaning up the whole house. Felt like a hotel stay with a great amount of room.

It was my besties 50th, we are all BSU graduates, we had a great time heading down memory lane. The house was perfect, very comfortable, well stocked and in a very convenient location. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone, we only used a small portion but it would be great for a family vacation.

My husband and I plus our three boys and one girl friend stayed for two nights for our daughter's wedding. It was very clean, modern, easy check in and out and had enough space for family to come over for breakfast on the last day before checkout. Was cold outside the first night and the house stayed comfortable. Loved the coffee mugs, gas fireplace and night lights. Appreciated the wifi and little extras all over the house. Would definitely stay at this house or another one owned by these brothers.

We were in Bemidji to work on a family issue. This house provided a great place to relax in the evening.

Well organized, good location, very clean, comfortable beds, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. It was perfect for our 4 generation family to stay near for my sister’s wedding. Back yard is fenced for the dog. Super property!!!!

A great multi-generation rental! Everything from kids size plates/cups to wine glasses provided. Extra blankets, if needed were provided. Would come back again!

Carpet in dining area either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Vents need to be cleaned. Otherwise fine.

The stay was wonderful!! Accommodations exceeded expectations!! Clean, comfortable and spacious. The deck and backyard made the stay perfect!!

The furnishings of this place were all new: bedding, beds , furniture and curtains. The carpet was white and had a lot of stains but obviously from guests who spilled food and/or didn't follow the shoes off rule. The basement was a bit too cold and no way to adjust that. Perhaps a space heater on hand would help which was discussed with property owners. One more complete bathroom is needed too with our size crowd of 8 adults, 1 teenager and 4 under 4. It was well supplied and outdoor grill plus backyard firepit were pluses. Property owners were easy to work with and very prompt with replies.

The property was just as presented. There was a lot of space to gather as family or friends, beds were comfortable, and deck and dining room were great for meals.

My family of 10 had adequate room. Outstanding was the AC, TVs, appliances including washer/dryer, bar-b-que and deck, and fenced large backyard. The owners were excellent in prompt responses to any questions. I was very pleased.

This was an excellent find and wonderful home. Our family traveled to Bemidji for a celebration of life of our dear cousin and the location was absolutely perfect. Short drives to Lake Andrusia and into town for shopping days. The house is complete with everything you need and super comfortable. The fenced in backyard was very convenient for our mini Labradoodle, although after running all over our cousins property all day, he rarely needed the backyard! 😄 The owners were very responsive via email and excellent hosts. We will definitely book again, if they’ll have us back! Many thanks!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also really liked the deck out back with the patio table. The owners made the check-in process very easy and answered my questions really quickly.

My grandsons enjoyed the pool table a lot. We had a nice time visiting and being together that wouldn’t have been as much fun in a hotel room. The house was located close to a lot of area attractions.

This house was awesome!! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The bonus of the pool table, dart board and wii downstairs made the place so much fun! We would definitely stay here again!!
