This Cape Coral home is beautiful, with plenty of room to relax. Check-in was simple, and the house was clean. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The best features are in the back, where you can relax on the lanai, take a swim in the large pool, or simply sit on the dock and soak in the warm Florida sun! Thanks Bob and Jen for a much needed, stress-free vacation.

Property was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked to get us through the first few days. Great central location to many attractions and amenities. Joined by our 2 sons and their spouses. They really enjoyed the pool and the layout of the property! Already looking to book this place again in the near future! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation!

Fiesta Palms was everything and more we wanted in our vacay home. They went the extra mile to have every amenity, plus more! The home was just as listed and very clean. The bikes, wagon, beach accessories and cooler were amazing and got used often. We had a very enjoyable time and will definitely return if we are in the area again. Fiesta Palms provided the backdrop for so much laughter and relaxation for our family. The home had everything we needed. It was beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was also very nice and welcoming. We were able to see fish, ducks and turtles daily in the canal. The pool and lanai were where we spent all of our time. We watched movies on the the nice television while swimming in the heated pool. Amazing! The owner was helpful and quick to respond. We hope to visit again soon!

This house was amazing and wasn’t missing a single bell or whistle! The owners were so responsive and thorough. They had detailed instructions on how to use everything, even labels on all of the lights and drawers, making it that much easier to unpack and enjoy. You can tell they aren’t new to renting properties! And it was so clean! Not a negative thing to say. Thanks for the best week, Bob and Jen!

We LOVED every minute from the beginning to the end of our stay. Bob and Jen were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive and accommodating to our request to modify our dates. When we had a question Bob took the time to not only answer in a timely manner but to call and make sure everything met our expectations. We can't say enough about how beautiful this property is. Everything is well maintained, clean, and stocked with all the essentials you need to feel at home. With plenty of space for everyone to watch TV, read a book, and play games. Relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the private pool, and fishing from the dock were wonderful ways to spend time with family. This was the perfect place to recharge! The home is in a great location. We were able to shop and dine without having to drive far. We even took a short drive to explore Venice Beach to hunt for shark teeth. This will be our go to home when we visit Cape Coral again.

A real home from home. A well appointed villa on the water front complete with local wildlife to observe from the comfort of the lanai or dock. Everything we needed had been provided and we enjoyed the outdoor space for shade on hotter days. Spotlessly clean inside and self check in was effortless. Location was perfect and in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The provision of bikes and beach stuff was lovely although we didn’t get to use them on our stay. A super spot to relax and soak up some Florida sunshine.

Really nice hous, great layout both indoors and outdoors. The lanay and outdoor kitchen was top class.

The place was beautiful and clean, just as the pictures shown. It was the perfect, relaxing honeymoon getaway. I couldn’t have found a better place. The pool and lanai were our favorite place to be. We pretty much ate every meal outside! And the TV on the lanai was a huge plus, we loved it! The area was a quiet neighborhood, which we loved. The house is not far from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. we’re already wanting to plan another trip back next year!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. The pool, outdoor lanai & kitchen area are amazing. My husband enjoyed cooking on the grill. We all had so much fun in the pool. The house was so spacious and clean! I personally loved being able to hang out with my family under the lanai and enjoy the comfy furniture and we all were able to eat our meals outdoors. It was great! We surely made some amazing memories. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Cape Coral.

This house had so many positives.The lania was wonderful. We spent most of our time outside. The kitchen had everything you needed including lots of spices. The beds were very comfortable. The house is extremely spacious. My favorite and my grandson's favorite was the swimming pool.

It’s our 4th vacation rental in different parts of Florida. This house was stunning! Our littles enjoyed every bit and it felt like our Texas home feeling but with a lot of VACATION IN IT! They didn’t want to leave the house there’s so much near and the bicycles are a must! Cape Coral is so neat! Y’all have to try out FIRESTONE sky bar that’s near (**adults) ;the movie theater is near (Under10min) and all JUNE ‘23 they will have free Movies on Tuesday (great perk**) & we had a great time in the swimming pool everyday that our little learn to swim much more! We are definitely staying there again!!!! This home is a must! I have family here and to. Travel around in Florida it’s worth the “bookNow” click!

My family and I had a terrific time during our stay. The house is spacious and held my family of 6 comfortably. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed which was so helpful on the days we cooked. My only complaint is that there are no railings for the pool or on the back steps. My father in law struggled and eventually opted not to use the pool as he was afraid he couldn't get out safely. Besides this we truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful home! We were visiting for our Grandson's High School Graduation (7 of us stayed there) and had the celebration cookout at the house. Everything was fabulous, the house is spacious, clean, (and comfy beds), we enjoyed the saltwater pool as well as some fishing. This was conveniently located a few miles from our family who live there so it was perfect! Everyone had a great time. Thank you Bob and Jen for sharing your beautiful home. We will surely be returning!

This house was amazing. We travel a lot for cheer and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in. The pool is amazing and I absolutely loved the outdoor living space. We spent more time outside than we did inside. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. I am hoping this house will be available for us next year when we return. The house was spacious and so nice but kid friendly as well.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy your family. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool was perfect. A little bit of a drive to beach but well worth it.

Loved the outdoor area. We grilled and enjoyed the fire pit on the rainy day. The house had a very clean smell when we walked in. Hope to come back again!

We had 4 adults traveling - including one in grad school and one working remotely. The house was a great set up that they each had space to work/listen to lectures while the other 2 of us could enjoy the pool without disturbing them. We fished, swam in the pool, used the grill and watched March Madness on the backyard patio. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband, two teens and mother. The outdoor area was lovely and we spent most of our time together enjoying the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean and lovely. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The house was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, has very nice furniture, comfortable beds, but the best part was the outdoor space. We probably spent 90% of our time on the lanai, in the pool, or down by the canal. We had two young children and this was a good house for them as well. The owners were the best I've ever experienced. Great quick responses to any questions or inquiries. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting SW Florida!!! Can't say enough positive things about it!!!

It was enjoyed by kids and adults even on the cool days thanks to the heater. We spent most of our time on the beautiful spacious lanai. Thanks for a great stay! This property is the cleanest property we have ever stayed on! The house was so cozy and perfect for entertaining. It was spacious yet quaint. We were in FL to visit my dad and I was able to make a nice meal for 14 people. I felt like I was in my own home. Everything was well stocked for our stay (towels, extra blankets, pillows, spices, dishes, etc). We all felt right at home. The best part was waking up to coffee overlooking the canal. We even had a duck visit us one morning! In the evening we sat on the comfy outdoor furniture with a glass of wine and the gas fire pit kept us warm. The owner was so VERY accommodating and responsive. We have already decided we are staying here again next year when we visit.
