Great place to spend in the winter and relax, definitely going to come back!

We had a great experience. One thing we noticed was there was not a printed copy of the rules. We thought that it would be helpful, in case the person who set up the rental was late or had to leave early. We have stayed in other places and the info notebook was very helpful. We had great time. And may try for a summer trip. Thanks again!

Beautiful home fully stocked with anything you may need. We are big on cooking and the kitchen was perfect! My family spent a few days (8 of us) enjoyed the house so much we hardly toured the surrounding area. Spent time on the dock, played games and just enjoyed one another. Enough space we could for everyone.

Went for a weekend trip with a bunch of friends. House is beautiful and has everything you need. The yard was perfect for playing games, eating dinner at the outside table and relaxing by the fire pit. We’re already talking about going again next year!

We've had two stays here. Though along a main artery, the open space and lakefront patio makes it feel quieter. A great central location for things to do in the region, including easy walks to park spaces and trails. Quick responses from owner for any concerns and questions we've had.

We loved our stay at Casa Andante. The lake location was perfect, well stocked kitchen, great bedroom layouts and canoes/kayaks available. We would definitely come back!

We took a family trip to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The house couldn’t have been more perfect for us! The location was fantastic, there were so many supplies in the house to use, we used the kayaks every morning, and my kids were on the dock constantly fishing. The communication with Eric was fantastic! I would highly recommend this house and would love to go back again!

Stayed here over the past weekend with a group of 14 friends who have known each other since grade school or high school. We have not done this trip for many years however this was put together after one of our very dear friends passed away unexpectedly. Rekindled our trips. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Was actually better than the pictures. Very clean beautiful views lots of outdoor area to hang out in. Perfect for a large group of friends. we brought Jet Ski‘s kayaks and paddle boards and used all of them over the weekend. They also have kayaks for you to use. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful setting on the lake. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the kayaks and canoe.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was easy to get to, very clean, very spacious. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and it was the perfect fit. Would definitely come again!

A nicely renovated home for a stay at the lake. Spacious kitchen and family area and comfortable outdoor space and dock. Morning light on the lake side and nice views from many rooms.

Eric and Kaitlin’s property is very good! It has 4 full baths which was perfect for our large group of 12 adults. There is more than enough space to not feel cramped. The location was also ideal, and the kayaks and canoe provided were very fun!

We were thrilled to have found this property for our group of 12. The home is ideally situated on the lake, close to CHQ Institution, a short ride to breweries and restaurants, and a 25-minute boat ride to Bemus Point. The home was very clean and perfectly organized when we arrived. The towels and linens were spotless. Care was taken in the selection of complete sets of dishes, glasses and silverware... no mixed match sets. And, we appreciated the new bottles of name brand hand wash and hair products. The home is newly remodeled with an open concept floor plan that everyone could enjoy at one time. The view from the living area and the two second floor bedrooms is spectacular at sunrise. Parking was better than expected. The yard appeared to be larger in photos but it was actually very nice to be close to the lake yet have enough room for lakefront corn hole. The fire pit was enjoyed every night in comfortable adirondack seating, thanks to Eric who ordered firewood for us in advance. The grilling area was great and the outdoor dining furniture was comfortable. Eric and Kaitlyn were in touch and assured us that they were available, if we needed anything. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home with us. We will see you again in 2023!

The house is exactly as pictured and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time. We cooked multiple family meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of space to relax and enjoy, even in the winter months. The lake is beautiful and we will definitely be back in the summer.

My friends and I absolutely loved the properly. While the parking situation was a little difficult, this place was still a solid 5/5 in my book. The house was clean and the space had this feel that made you feel as if you were in your own home. The owners were phenomenal letting us in a little early to accommodate some out of town guests and I would definitely return for a summer trip!

Nice to have all the bedrooms and a big gathering area for family

We had a blast and loved that the kitchen, living and dining room were an open concept. We could all hang out together and sit around the tables and talk.

We had a group of 8 of us that stayed here for a girls weekend. Eric and Kaitlyn answered all questions we had before the trip, right away. The house was immaculate and had everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. We are already looking forward to next years girls weekend.
