Diana’s house was perfect for our family visit. We were close to our hosts, had plenty of room, everything we needed was available, and my dogs loved the yard. Looking forward to coming back and using the pool when it’s warmer!

I have stayed here twice now. The hosts responded in minutes and was there to take care of things immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great time and kick back at the end of the day while feeling comfortable and safe. Thanks Diana

nice clean house

The property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We have a family of 5 and there was plenty to do like jenga game, pool toys and the bbq pit was a plus. The pool was perfect to cool off from the warm weather. Wifi ran great and the Netflix provided was good for family movie night. Plenty of extra towels and pillows. The property manager was gracious and easily accessible. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning on our next trip.

Very peaceful neighborhood. Autism friendly and toddler friendly home. Secure doors gorgeous pool and very lovely layout of the house. Close to town and many restaurants and grocery stores and quiet neighbors highly recommended!

We loved the house, neighborhood, half hour easy ride to the beach, the pool and fenced yard. The owners were friendly and very nice. They helped us generously without thinking in a difficult moment. When they say if you need anything, they mean it. Would highly recommend and will be returning asap.

This rental property exceeded our expectations. It was stocked with all our essential needs other than food. We never did get to enjoy the pool, we ended up going to the beach instead. Everything was wonderful and reasonably priced. We hope to be back next fall.

We’ve spent 4 nice days in Brownsville, the property was nice, no complaints at all.

We had a great experience at this property. The pool was excellent. The backyard was great for our dog, although the grass was a little unkempt, but nothing too serious. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing time.

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was accurately described and the hostess, Diana, was responsive and helpful. The pool was refreshing in the Texas heat. We were surprised by the little conveniences, ex. air fryer, iron, ironing board, keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. The location was great with shopping, restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles. We hope to stay here again on future visits.

This home was very clean, set up really well, and had ample space for our group. The pool was well maintained and there were even pool toys and floats to use. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the bedrooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is situated in an accessible part of Brownsville. The well appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and beautiful backyard, private pool and generous living spaces make it a very comfortable home. The house is also situated on the 10 mile walking and bike trail which connects the two battlefields another bonus feature. Near a resaca, there are plenty of interesting birds to enjoy watching.

Great location and ample room Pool was a bonus

Several of my coworkers stayed here for a local project and everything was clean and ready when we arrived accept the AC unit was not working. The owner was quick to get someone out to fix it and had it running the next day.

This was our first VRBO experience, so we had no preconceived notions. We chose Brownsville because we were looking for an escape from the long northern Michigan winter and we had church friends already wintering in the area who highly recommended it. The check-in process went smoothly. Diana was an excellent host (hostess) and responded to all of our questions quickly. We wanted a house with a fenced in yard because of our dog (Coco). This property fit the bill nicely. It is located in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, but is very close to shopping and dining. An added bonus is that it is located adjacent to a 10-mile walking/bike path that was great because Coco LOVES to walk! Although neither my wife or I have mobility issues yet, the single-story house was nice. Also, I am an early riser. My wife and dog are not. The house was large enough for me to putter around without disturbing the others. The backyard swimming pool was a great selling point, although the cool spring kept us out of it until the end of our stay. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Diana!

Was in a good location

We had a project in Brownsville and this home was excellent for us to come back too and relax and rest. So much better than staying in a motel. Cook some of our meals and enjoy the back yard. Well worth the price.
