Roomy and well stocked for our visit. We loved being able to pop out of the condo and onto the beach with ease. The managers communicated well and accommodated us when asked. Definitely recommend this property.

Quiet, relaxing beach vacation. Enjoyed the remote location. Perfect for my family to enjoy the beach and each other.

The property was everything it was described as. The living room was spacious and a great space to hang out after a long day on the super close beach. The beds, bedding and pillows were amazing and super comfortable. The owners provided everything we needed and had sow amenities we didn’t even think we needed but loved. We would definitely return as this location was amazing and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Just what we needed

We were very pleased with our stay. The owners were very communicative and the check in/check out process was seamless. The condo is perfectly located near the pool, fitness center and steps away from the assigned parking area (loading/unloading the car was super easy!). The condo was very clean and we really liked the layout. There are 2 large balconies to watch the sunset. Beds are comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and if you don’t want to cook there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. We loved Sandbridge and thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Location: The location of the property was perfect. The beach was a short walk and all other activities (local attractions) was a short walk or drive. Check-In process: The checkin process was very smooth. The only thing I can comment on is the parking garage situation is a bit confusing, but Jaime was able to clear up any issues we had. Cleanliness of property: The property had minor issues when we initially walked in. The floor in the kitchen tile was a bit slippery (unknown reason), and the dishes appeared a little dirty (I believe it was from the dishwasher that might need a bit of a update). The cleanliness overall was not bad and did not impact our stay. Communication: The communication with Jaime was perfect. I have nothing but great words for his accommodations. Overall: My family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for any family of 6+.

Note that the entire condo property is under seasonal maintenance, which we didn't realize when we booked our stay, but was minimally disruptive as it was all external. The condo was private, quiet overall, and comfortable - well-equipped for a seasonal rental. Property owners very responsive and eager to please. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was clean, lovely, in an excellent location, and comfortable. We received quick answers back from the owner to any questions we had.

Every year, our daughter goes to the beach for her birthday. The place was beautiful. Lots of room for 4 children and actitivities to do. We enjoyed the pool and looking at the water from the patio. The rooms were cozy and lots of channels on the TV. This was such a lovely place to stay and it is right on the beach so we could just go downstairs and walk to the beach.

We rented this unit for our family of 5 and my parents to stay. It was nice that the unit was big enough for us all to have space. The unit was well equipped, easy access to pool and beach plus beautiful bay front sunsets!!

This property was great for my family of 5. Honestly we could have had another family with us and still had enough room. The accommodations were wonderful. I loved the master bedroom and bathroom! The easy access to the beach was wonderful. The kids loved that there were boogie boards to use even though we brought our own beach towels it was nice to have extras available. I would highly recommend this property.

This condo was great - exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, the owners have thought of every detail - I brought my own towels but was so surprised to see a closet of bath towels, beach towels, so many details were taken care of with this home. The storage unit with the luggage cart and chairs was really helpful. The TV's and technology were better than I would expect from a rental. The beds were so comfortable and we were able to easily walk to a couple of different restaurants. Only one downside and it is not on the owners, but the facilities were disappointing. There was only 1 of the 3 pools open for the season and it was the smaller one and the hot tub was closed for the season, which I did know. It was a shame since this condo is so close to one of the larger pools. My kids were disappointed, but we still had a great time and spent most of our time on the beach anyway! Owners had super fast and detailed communications, so great to work with. Such a nice home, thanks for sharing!

This condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Great communication from the host, plus a free scavenger hunt! You're gonna love it.

We absolutely loved our stay, we would definitely go back there again! Crystal was very nice and accommodating and got back to me very quickly whem I had a question! We absolutely loved the beach which was right out front of the property! Over all a very nice trip and place to stay!

This was a extended weekend trip for my family of 6. The establishment had some renovations in place however exterior was clean and well maintained. Entering the condo was amazing. Spacious, clean well designed and furnished. It was comforting to have a stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed and having extra pillows and linen for a great night sleep. We had some bad weather and to see a cabinet with great games and puzzles to keep us entertained was awesome. This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we jave stayed in and we will be sure to visit again. Thank you to my host.
