We had rented another unit with another company and when we showed it, it was not as pictured or listed. In a scramble to salvage vacation, I was able to find this location, ask a few quick questions and book all within about 15 minutes. They were wonderful to work with us and make it all happen. Julian was very responsive and great to work with. Picture perfect views, clean and stocked unit, felt like we were on a private beach!Would most certainly recommend and can't wait to book again in the future.

The beach was amazing and uncrowded. The shower in the bathroom off of the main floor suite is small. The kitchen is very small. Other than those two nitpicks, the condo was absolutely perfect. Sunsets from the balconies are spectacular!

We received additional linens and new pots and pans while we were there. One issue that has not been addressed is the crack in the oven door glass.

The location is beautiful and the complex is lovely, but this particular unit is disappointing. We've rented in the area for the last 15 years and this unit the worst we have seen. We don’t mind dated, but the towels are worn, carpets are stained, multiple spiders including one crawling across the master bedroom pillow followed by another across the kitchen counter, beach chairs broken and unusable, en suite shower functional but with a good portion of the floor covering completely worn off, dripping master bath...shabby. Two bathroom sinks on main floor would not drain as the rusted lever underneath had become detached. The property manager sent a team out to fix them (thank you BTR) along with the broken disposal, a running master toilet and the main TV had a permanent line across the entire screen . If you choose this unit, make sure your rate matches the experience. We paid $4500/wk for a non-peak date and expected that level of excellence. This unit is a $3000/wk rental at best. If you have other lodging options for your vacation rental, choose that unit over this one. We did respectfully share our experience with the owners via BTR and the owners were unresponsive.
