Great house. Great location to the beach and other amenities. Was in low key, low populated area but only 5-10 minutes from busier beach activities if you desire. Great house for multiple family stay. Only thing we took question to was back yard was not manicured. Plants were overgrown and in the way. Also didn't have the correct code upon check-in so had to wait but was resolved quickly with property manager as were other questions.

My parents, my two siblings and me, as well as all of our spouses and children stayed here. There were 19 of us total. We rent a house every summer for a beach trip and this was the first time I truly felt like there was enough room for all 19 of us. One thing to note, while the beach access is close, it is on the steeper side with lots of steps for the 30A area. It makes it a little more difficult getting all the supplies down for the little ones and for the older guests to go back and forth. (We ranged from 1 to 70 years old).

A beautiful home, very clean and awesome lay out for big groups - either a bunch of couples or a girls weekend. Great access to the beach, beautiful pool, and easy to get to town! Would definitely stay here again!

The home itself is lovely. There are multiple spacious suites. The pool is great and the beach access is a short walk. The only issue we had was the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, even by pre-COVID standards. We spent our first hour cleaning the entire house - including the couches full of hair and crumbs, all bathrooms were dirty, and washing linen. We finally called the property management agent on duty, which was Evan, and he came in to join us in cleaning up which we appreciated.

My family stayed at this property in early April and really were quite unhappy with the customer service and the way the owner handled several glaring issues from what would have otherwise been a fabulous rental property. Upon arriving we noticed all the garbage had been left out from the previous guest and it was an enormous amount of trash. We notified the owner and they said basically the former guest didn’t take it out and said the garbage service wouldn’t be running until after we left so we were stuck with a huge pile of rank trash in the driveway for our entire stay. We also noticed the pool was broken with a huge pile of dirt on the deck and screws were in the bottom of the pool when we got in. Randomly a pool guy showed up on the patio on day two not wearing any uniform and just walked in unannounced and proceeded to work on the pool. He was rude and smoking in front of the kids. Basically the first two days no pool could be used. Additionally the guard rail was broken and a ceiling fan. I am normally not a complainer but with the huge cleaning fee and cost of the rental my expectation was the home should have been show ready. I get it that it’s hard to control how previous guests treat a home however the late check in and cleaning cost should include an inspection that would not leave a obvious broken pool, trash in heaps and other broken items. I reached out to the owner and asked for the cleaning fee returned and 20% of the rental as a remedy for the issues. They refunded us $500 and had a huge negative attitude saying they had already discounted the home. The price agreed upon is irrelevant and the lack of customer experience from the owner was very unprofessional. I would look for another comparable property as this owner seems to play the short game with guests. JC
