The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware, glasses, etc. for our family. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. The pools and the restaurant were also great. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your place!

Immaculate half of a very comfortable 2-story duplex with a gorgeous bay view & private plunge pool that was the highlight of our whole trip. The House Book was really helpful but the visit would’ve been fun sooner if it noted that the funiculars down to the beach weren’t currently working & where the elevators are - easy to add to the property map. If you’re not in shape, the stairs to go back up the hill are daunting. The beachside restaurant, Masala, is excellent (OMG) and including their current menu & off season hours also would’ve been helpful to add to the book. If the parent company had illuminated the name of the property on the main road, for those arriving by car in the dark, we wouldn’t have missed the turn resulting in an unpleasant adventure trying to turn around. Those few negatives didn’t mar the overall pleasure of staying in this house - the patio was lovely, furniture comfortable, kitchen very functional, the excellent & warm & wonderfully responsive house managers and finally spending hours every day lounging in our personal pool all made for an excellent stay.

We just completed a stay at this beautiful property. The landscaping and views are beautiful. The villa was impeccable, well stocked with beach towels and linens and overall just a great space. There is one bedroom on main floor with bathroom right next to it. Then downstairs are two masters with ensuite bathrooms. Very spacious. We loved the plunge pool and close proximity to the other larger pools on the property as well. If you are looking for a peaceful get away with both beach and pool access - this property cannot be beat. The owners and property manager are very responsive and super nice. A few recommendations: rent a car, check times of the on-site restaurant, they only take cash. Check in and out was super easy. We would rent again.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house itself is exactly as described and even better than we expected. The view is spectacular, and the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal outdoors or to just relax. We traveled with two small kids, and the plunge pool was a wonderful option when we didn't want to go to the pool. The property is gorgeous and spacious. There are 8 pools that are available! One of which is a few steps out the front door. The restaurant on the property has amazing food and service- some of the best meals we had out of our entire stay! They also deliver, if you don't want to go down to the pool. Although it is a 30 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta, we thought the location was perfect- you can be in Bucerias or Cruz in under 10 minutes and both have a lot of great options for restaurants and very nice central plazas . The one in Cruz has a great artesanal market every Sunday. Our host Tito was really responsive and friendly, and Sally the property manager is THE BEST. She picked us up from the airport, arranged for grocery delivery and was just wonderful all around. Could not recommend this place more. We are looking forward to returning!

Villa Paraiso 2 is in a stunning, quiet, gated community located just a few stairs from the beach, but we rarely even went to the beach. We had our own private cocktail pool right outside on the patio! I spent much of our two weeks sipping cocktails in the pool while watching the most incredible views of the ocean and listening to the palm trees rustle overhead. Sally was an amazing hostess and took care of all our initial provisions (necessities like vodka, whiskey and ice) and answered so many of our questions that we had no trouble at all getting around the area. This villa is much more than we ever expected. It’s HUGE! There were just the two of us, but we could easily have had 3 couples with plenty of privacy and space. The amenities are so much more than listed. The gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill and patio were heaven; the local fresh seafood is too good to pass up, so we ate, huge jumbo shrimp, fresh tuna and red snapper almost daily (grilled, sautéed, ceviche). The Wi-Fi is faster than at home and there’s cable TV and Netflix if you just want to catch a movie at night. The villa is pristine clean, with weekly housekeeping and linen service. We will be returning again; this may become an annual trip for us. We have travelled extensively, stayed in exclusive resorts and sailed on some of the best-rated luxury cruise lines around, but this was truly our most relaxing and beautiful vacation ever. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! It’s not too far from cute little places to eat and site see. The property was absolutely gorgeous. Several pools to choose from and the beach bar was fantastic! All the amenities were perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great experience staying at the property. It is absolutely beautiful with with most incredible views. The complex is very well kept with an excellent poolside restaurant and several large gorgeous pools. The unit is clean and well stocked and communication was seamless.
