This house was so welcoming and spacious, with a perfect layout for being together or for finding a little space of one's own. Jimmy was an amazing host - more than responsive, he also regularly reached out and was helpful with everything. We had a ton of fun at the pool! Kitchen was well stocked for smoothie bars!

Had a wonderful time. The location was perfect . The beach was right across the street and a great little restaurant on the corner. The ice cream shop in the little strip mall was a nightly favorite. The pool was a perfect temperature and a nice break from the beach. Would definitely go back!

This was our second year and we will be back again:) Jimmy is the absolute best. His home is beautiful and the pool was warm and clean. The short walk across the street to the beach was easy and fun thanks to the wagon and extra beach toys:) thank you, Jimmy! 🌞

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had all the amenities need for 6 adults on a two week stay. The host Jimmy, was very responsive and easy to contact.

What an amazing property. Everything about the house was great. It has an open concept living space that allows a family to hang out while cooking, eating or even lounging and watching tv. Our kids absolutely loved the couch. They said it was the most comfortable couch they have ever sat on. The kitchen was very well stocked (the homeowner even had an assortment of spices on hand). The bedrooms were big and the beds were all very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 master suites. The second floor living space was also nice to have. The pool area was great. It was nice to hang out in the heated pool or lay out on the lounge chairs. Everything about the house was very well done. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. It is a short walk to the beach. If you want to explore, St Augustine and the fort are just a short drive away. You can also visit St Augustine Beach area for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. I would recommend checking our Anastasia State Park. The homeowner was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here. When we visit the area again, we will definitely stay here.

The interior of this house is so awesome with two master bedroom suites on the first floor and two bedrooms woth shared bath upstairs. Great decor and amenities with an amazing pool out back. Easy walking distance to Crescent Beach. Quiet location just perfect for a long weekend getaway for us!

Since the moment we arrived at the spacious, open, and clean property, we felt relaxed and at home. Everything we need and more was provided. The house was perfect to accommodate all of us (three couples) on our annual bucket-list trip. Each couple in our crew enjoyed having their own bedroom and private bathroom. Our most relaxing time on this trip was spent daily, enjoying the great pool and outside patio. This was absolutely one of our most relaxing trips to date. The host Jimmy was so communicative and wanted to ensure all of our needs were always met! Jimmy always went above and beyond and was the perfect host. You will not be disappointed!

Book it you won't be disappointed! This property was incredibly clean, beautiful, and the location was perfect! The home had everything we needed but wasn't cluttered with a bunch of stuff. Great restaurants close by and an easy drive to downtown.

Everything about this house was amazing. Jimmy (host) was so attentive and made sure everything was provided. You can tell he takes pride in this house and ensuring his guests have the best stay. We will definitely be back!

This home is well stocked with everything you and your guests will need for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of plates and cook ware and some if the often used extras are in the pullout shelf beside the stove. The home is very bright and elegant and has a simple European feel to it. The beds and couch are super comfy. The beach is a very short walk away or you may pay to drive your car on the beach. There are plenty of unique places to eat or grab a great cop of coffee. I highly recommend coffee at Kookaburras, the Pina Colada bowl at Cafe 11, and Pollo Manchego at The Columbia Restaurant (call for a reservation we’ll in advance). It’s like stepping back in time when you visit this restaurant. I can’t say enough about how friendly the people are in St. Augustine. The host, Jimmy is awesome and very responsive to your needs. I feel as if I made a new friend in Jimmy.

My husband and little girl had the most amazing peaceful week. Jimmy is simply the best. His home is stunning, well stocked and super clean. The pool was warm and perfect for our 3 year old to enjoy. The beach a quick walk across the street. We enjoyed shelling and walking the flat beach :) Jimmy was available to answer questions and even sent us a “pin” to a restaurant we were interested in. Thank you, Jimmy!

The location is an easy walk to the beach, the worst part is the other houses on the same street and the gas station/strip mall you are behind. Although there is a great ice cream shop in the mall. The property was clean and had most everything we could need, the outdoor beach storage was nice. We loved having the pool. We had a little issue with the pool heater, but the host was super responsive and took care of us right away! We would definitely stay there again.

This house was an awesome fit for our crew. The bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and bathroom, and the upstairs was a great place for the teens to hang out and sleep. This house had everything you needed and more. I've never stayed at a rental that was so clean and offered so many extras: pool towels, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, complimentary Kpods, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with great cookware and utensils. We cooked each morning and night, and it was so easy. The access to the beach was just a short walk across, and the beach was so nice and clean. It had white, powder sand and plenty of room. We ordered lunch from the Safe Harbor walk up window and Tony's Pizza while we were there which made lunch for the teens so easy. In the afternoon we enjoyed the heated pool. We went into St. Augustine at night for activities like mini golf and shopping on St. George Street. I really can't say enough, and Jimmy was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. We all made such great memories and had a wonderful time.

The house was amazing for our vacation. Beautifully built and very functional for us. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is so convenient! The separate living space was perfect for the girls 15 & 16 years old to have their own beds and bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped even had an Insta Pot! Heated pool was perfect size and temperature was spot on! The only downside was the back alley road the house on between some rundown houses and a strip mall with overflowing dumpsters. With that said it looks like they are attempting to clean up the area and surrounding houses. A minimal inconvenience for how amazing this house is. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. We would definitely book again and stay longer. Jimmy was very attentive and helpful and kept in contact with us for anything we needed during our stay.

Very clean, well-maintained property. It's tucked between the drive able Atlantic and the Intercoastal. Easy for families or two couples with kids! Would definitely rent again!!!

We had a tremendous time staying in your home! It was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We truly enjoyed the heated pool, yard and grill. The layout of the house really suited our group of 3 couples. The large living spaces and private bedrooms were a definite plus!! We really appreciated the beach supplies, especially the wagon, umbrella and chairs! We highly recommend this house!

All I can say is WOW! This is one of the finest VRBO rentals we have experienced. The house is brand new and fully equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to pool towels and even a wagon to take to the beach. The property is quiet and very private. Plus you are only a short 5-minute walk to beautiful Crescent Beach. The beach access also includes parking & restrooms and is very wide for walking even when the tide is high. We also enjoyed the close-by restaurants and nearby attractions/shopping in downtown St. Augustine. Jimmy is a great host and very responsive when we had questions. Can't wait to come again!

Rent this house! You will be so glad you did. The location is awesome! Right across the street from beach access and close to restaurants in crescent beach. You can walk to it all! Short drive to all the restaurants and stores in St Augustine Beach. A very easy drive downtown to St George street! We went to look at the Nights of Lights and got The Columbia restaurant to go. We also were able to head south to explore fort matanzas and the marineland area, all a quick drive. The home is brand new and has everything you could ever ask for! The owner has thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable (first aide kit, games, chip clips, shampoo, paper products, flashlight, beach gear, grill..the list is endless). The kitchen has all the cooking utensils. There was even a griddle and an instant pot. The layout is perfect for children. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool is heated perfectly and is very private. Top notch! We have rented a few very nice VRBO properties and this ranks near the top. We rented this property last minute for a family emergency we could not have been happier! The owner was so responsive and helpful. We would love to come back!
