Maria makes your stay exceptional with her personality. She was very loving with our children, gave them home baked cookies and even taught them how to milk the goats! We will be back

Double bed was huge. Comfortable night.
Friendly landlady made an effort.
Breakfast outdoors.
Room cleaned daily.
Room smaller than expected.
Single beds were hard.
Original fridge was broken and a second fridge was in the room.
Original cook top was broken and second portable stove top was in the room.
Not much in the way of cooking utensils.

The hottest appears to be a nice person.
The location is good assuming you have a car.
- The WEB site (booking.com) says that the property is 500m away from the beach. THIS IS NOT TRUE! It is 1400 m away from the beach.
- Internet in the room did not work at all.
- The room was not prepared in time for the check in
- The electric plugs in the room were unsafe. This almost resulted in the fire. Plugs certainly require fixing.

it's a very fancy house with bathroom and wonderful balcony, maria, the owner give you a karpathos style breakfast for free

The owner was very friendly, the room had a great view and it was very quiet.
I accept we went there before the peak season starts, but some more effort could have been made to make the room cleaner and more presentable. Pool out of operation, TV out of operation.

If you come to Karpathos this is a place to go. Maria was very kind and her breakfast is the best (omelettes, toast, home made cheese, greek yogurt). Apartments are tidy, comfortable and with amazing view. There is also a pool. Parking is on the site for free. She welcomes you with warm greeting and if you have any problem she will help you find a solution.
If you’re in doubt, don’t. You will love it here! 😊 She is a definition of a great host 😀
