We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Red House. Everything was as pictured. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. The house had just about everything we needed for cooking. The ice maker was an added bonus. We will definitely stay there again.

It was a nice little place to stay and close to the event we were there for. However beds in second and third rooms were unsatisfactory second room bed was to big for frame and a person would fall out of bed on each side. Third bedroom bed frame was broken in middle and a person would roll to middle.

I rented the house for my children and grands for the weekend. It slept 7 comfortably, but the air fresheners were overwhelming and strong. I’d suggest a different scent, more a clean and fresh smell than the flowery scent. Definitely needs to be updated

We are 4 college friends that meet annually to catch up... we have stayed at a lot of different places and always enjoy ourselves but this was the best place ever! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to give us all a little privacy but room to share meals and play games. We enjoyed the porches and the fire pit. Kitchen is wellequi

The house was clean and all appliances worked fine. No problems with plumbing. The ice machine was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay even though the lake was very low and fishing was not as good as expected.

House is near multi ramps and places to eat. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Loved the boat/camper cover. It kept the boat from getting dirty over night. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. House was nice! Close to the lake and my son loved the creek.

We had our annual girls weekend trip and the location was perfect. Close to the marina where our boat is kept. Had adults and preteen girls with us. There was a separate room with beds for the girls, tv and games. It was perfect for them to have their space and the adults had the living room to hang out in. Kitchen had all the essentials, with a good ice machine. Beds were good which is always important to me. There is a great firepit area, but we did not use it this trip. Nice front porch and another covered sitting area. It was everything we needed. The only advice I would give is that the outside porch areas could use a good cleaning and power washing. Would this keep us from coming and staying again absolutely note. Owner was very responsive.

The place was not the cleanest. One of the king beds was actually on a queen frame. That does not work very well & was a bit deceiving from what was advertised. That’s not good especially with someone that has a back issue.

This was a nice property and the layout of the house was great. Very spacious and the house was basically soundproof. Lost of space. Everything was provided we just needed our clothes, k-cups and groceries.

We took some family down to see family. We absolutely loved the location, close to store’s restaurants and great lakes accessible. The place was amazing, clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Overall, very nice stay! Not a big deal but there were no dish towels, sponge for dishes, and no extra toilet paper.

This place is awesome! The location of the property, access to so many things to do (disc golf course right down the road), full kitchen, fire pit area, carport, wifi, and very responsive hosts make this place what it is. Will be back for sure!

My kids (AGES 14 AND 9) and I were looking for a place to stay to recharge. This place is the absolute best VRBO EVER!!! It is about 1 mile from the lake. It has so many beautiful touches that just make it so special: the small creek in the backyard, a fire pit with tikki torches around the sitting area, 3 outdoor areas for sitting and relaxing. The furnishings in the house are cozy, comfortable and adorable farmhouse themed. There are 2.5 baths and 5 beds. The owners left us a sweet note and a surprise when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, ingredients for smores, and many food items that were handy and easy to fix. Definitely a place you MUST visit!!!!

We stayed with our three kids and this place was perfect. The kids loved the back room with the toys, the huge TV and bunk beds. This place was very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were nice, big and very comfortable. This place is very cute and spacious. The outside set up was so peaceful with the lights, seating and fan! I want to go back in the Fall. The owners were very easy to work with and super accommodating. We will definitely book here again.

We booked last minute, and it was great! We were able to have quick access to Shiloh Marina to use boat. Property was clean and family friendly! Highly recommend!
