It was nice to be at a property that was right on the beach and being down near the end of the strip it was nice and quiet. Overall enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed playing pool and watching TV. The furniture was nice and comfortable. Here is stuff that we had trouble with: No spare TP No spare Paper Towel No Large Trash bags No Coffee filters Queen bed was very hard Labels on stove knobs were rubbed off Upper rack in dishwasher did not clean dishes Sprayer for cleaning feet at the beach was not working Access control on door to pool was not working (propped door) Washer seems to stay locked after load is complete (spin dial all the way to unlock) The grocery store at the top of the strip is great for emergencies, but really pricey.

Plenty of space for our family! Comfy beds and hot water for showers and baths! Cool air.

The bed rooms were perfect for our family of 7. Lots of space to relax during down time. For the Sanctuary overall of a group of family or friends are coming but getting separate condos, best to try to get them in the same building, there is not easy way to go from building A to B without having you scan card.

Love the resort- beach not crowded, super accessible, and pools were heated (one with a bar 💗). Not much to do super close but va beach only 25 minutes away,good for those who want to to park and relax Grocery n target / Walmart only 12 minutes away, and a small market 5 minutes away has essentials. Property was nice size, and was comfortable- couldn’t use pull out sofa as I was missing springs and was not able to hold up people unless you like an incline. Pull out in king bed room only sleeps a single but worked Peeling leather chairs kept me sweeping a bunch, but plenty of room for 10. Love the location of complex and really enjoyed condo but pricey for non ocean view. Steps to beach n pools, Mexican restaurant attached, and restaurant across the street were a bonus!! Never had to talk to property manager so that’s a good thing!!!

The condo was nice, particularly the set up of the bunk/kids room, but beware of the claim that you'll have ocean and bay views from the balcony. It's a first floor condo, barely off the ground, and you'll have to strain to find either the ocean or the bay from the balcony. I presume that's why they don't have any photos of the balcony or its view!

This unit has great potential. However, the maintenance of the unit is lacking. The outside door will not lock, the master bathroom toilet will not flush, the bathroom sink leaks underneath and the cleanliness on the patio and in the bathroom has much to be desired. The overhead AC vents are completely rusted which is something that could easily have been taken care of and would have added to the experience. I contacted Vacasa and they said they created a work order on the master bathroom issue but nobody ever showed up. Very bad experience with Vacasa and this unit. Also, beware to check in at this location is 6 miles away. Good luck!

My gift of a week stay at this condo for my friends was a big disappointment because of the poor condition of the building. Dirty floors that made their bare feet dirty, filthy deck and chairs. The only good thing was Heather’s ability to have the housekeeping manager clean the deck and chairs so they could sit outside and look over the parking area! Would never use Vacasa again. Too expensive for quality of this rental in particular.

We checked into this home with 12 guests since we were told there would be appropriate bedding available. There were not. It is advertised with 2 queen beds but that is not true. One couple had to sleep on a full size lower bunkbed instead of a queen bed as promised. The sofa bed is broken and unusable so we had to make beds in the floor for kids. We had to clean the property ourselves since we’re notified AFTER check in time that it would not be cleaned that day and we could not stay there if we did not do this.We had multiple issues while staying here and customer service was not helpful in getting anything actually repaired. We were also promised a partial refund for all of the issues and we have yet to see that. It has been over a month and we have reached out multiple time to no avail. The price you pay for this property is too much to worry if you will actually be able to check in or if it will be as advertised!
