We absolutely Loved this property!! The beach is a close walk and the private pool was incredible!

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. It fits our family perfectly with the private heated pool and the short walk to the private beach access. Management was very responsive and quick when reaching out with questions.

Traded in the cold and snow for 75 and sunny at the beach. Great time had by all, the heated pool was the bomb, the kids loved it. The house was immaculate, well designed, and comfortable. We stayed in the main house and my parents stayed in the casita which they absolutely loved. Everyone had their own space, so we could be together without being.....together. Thanks for the recommendation, Warren Beach Rentals was superb.

This home was in the perfect location and was quite frankly amazing. The main house is straight out of an HGTV episode! The pool area is huge and tons of nice polywood chairs and loungers. The guest Casita was absolutely adorable. We were just around the corner from Camp Creek Golf Course, the new Public is less than a mile away and a ton of restaurants right around the corner. We rented bikes and had a blast. Highly recommended.

While we love being together as a family....we need space! This one provided a place for everyone to hang without being on top of each other. So comfortable and we all loved how the place was decorated. Great beds, spacious and beautiful kitchen. Easy and quick walk over to the beach! Definitely will be back...places like this are hard to find. We loved the 12C house (Sea Breeze) and have already booked for next year.

This is one of those places I almost do not want to review so that I can keep this all to myself, but yall have to know that 12C is absolutely IMMACULATE! We knew the pictures online looked good, but wow we were STUNNED once we walked in! With an open interior, 4 floors of fun rooms (including a lookout with a full ocean view!), and a whole other wing separated via the pool, this was a fantastic retreat with our family and friends. The location is tucked away from the activity of 30A, and the neighbors were very respectful and friendly. I ​stayed in the separated wing and had so much fun exploring this beach palace. We cooked in BOTH kitchens, enjoyed dinners by the pool and in the covered patio, and went to and from the beach at our leisure thanks to the short walk access. The beach was very clean and easy to get to for both young children and elderly family. It was as perfect a beach as one could ask for - and walking along the beach makes for a stunning city and residential view! Seaside had all the conveniences we needed and wasn't overpriced like alot of beach towns. There's gorgeous driving nearby, the grocery store is matter of minutes away, and local restaurants serve every possible option of seafood from swordfish to sushi. 11/10 would (and will) stay again. Trust me - snag this heavenly hideaway if you're lucky enough to get a chance!!!

The condo was a little slice of Heaven. Perfect long weekend getaway for my daughter and I. Being able to walk right out of the patio doors to the pool and beach was awesome. The management company was so helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Perfect spot for me and my friends for our annual vacation getaway! The home had high end finishes, fully stocked kitchen with Viking pots & pans, fresh white linens, teak outdoor pool lounge chairs, and all the cozy cottage vibes we were looking for. Relaxed, yet refined :) Loved having our own pool, guest house, and quiet road to walk down to Rosemary Beach. The house has a great storage shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. so it was nice knowing the home truly has all the details covered. Would rent here again and again!!

After our week at “C Breeze” we were spoiled. We loved the location of the house and the private beach access. The private pool was probably our favorite part of the trip. The house was beautifully decorated, and well stocked for our needs! We will definitely be back!

WOW. This house doesnt even begin to show itself on line. The home was clean, private, and comfortable, but what was not truly represented was the massive, multiple outdoor living areas. Everywhere you look, there is a huge deck. some screened, one even has a daybed under a fan.. I read and entire book there, uninterupted.. it.was.magical. Everyone loved the pool, and everyone had their own space. there are essentially 3 separate homes here.. the main villa, then the guest cottage had separate upstairs and downstairs units. We were together (with inlaws) and we were together, without being.. TOGETHER... Absolute LOVE for this home, we will be back soon. Warren Beach Rentals staff was kind, and helpful, and directed us to a great bike rental agency, and 2 great restaurants.. (the great southern, and the bay). Thanks.. will be back again..

The house was so cute and with the pool and quick walk to the beach it was the perfect place for a girls weekend! Definitely will look into renting again and bringing the family!!!

The home had everything we needed for a PERFECT vacation. It was beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Getting to the beach, local shops, and food establishments was extremely convenient. 10/10 I cannot wait to come back and stay again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The main house was nice and clean although there is no way anyone could sleep on the third floor - it’s way too hot. The kitchen wasn’t great because the table layout (trying to have the biggest table in a small spot) made it hard to move around in. For “sleeping 17” it was disappointing there weren’t more chairs in the only room big enough for everyone to gather. The guest house smelled musty and wasn’t the same quality as the main house. The apartment in the guest house should be described as an apartment as it has a separate entrance and could only be for an adult - not children. It currently makes it seem like the guest house is all one and it isn’t. Overall, the house was fine, just need to change the o line description so people understand. There was a wagon and several chairs which was a great surprise and fully appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at C-Breeze. Tons of space to spread out between the 2 houses for our large family. The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Having beach chairs and a wagon made the short walk to the beach access a breeze. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

The house was great! There was plenty of room for 5 families with small kids. It included everything that one would need for a week at the beach. It was not a bad walk at all from The beach and we enjoyed our nights on the screened in patio. My only complaint was the check in process. We received a call stating we should be able to check in by 4, however, when we arrived the cleaning crew had just started. It was almost 7 pm Before we could get in the main house and later than that before we could get into the carriage house. It's very disappointing that you have to pay for a full day rate when we didn't even have access to the whole house until after 8pm. Upon arrival there were several issues with the house from the former guests. The pool area was not clean as there were cigarette butts everywhere around the pool. We were told by the cleaning staff if we found any "Paraphernalia" just throw it away. We emailed the company with a list of about 10 things that were messed up with the house.

Beautiful property with plenty of space! The design is gorgeous, and the home is very clean. The owners thought of everything from sleeping arrangements to the kitchen stock to comfort and fun. We will be back!

Perfect for our family! Loved the small cottage for our oldest son and his son. Our 19 year old was very excited to have his own space in the upstairs room.

This property was lovely and well equipped for a long term stay. The pool was nicely maintained and well-supplied with toys, floats, etc. Cleaning staff was terrible. We drove by the property on two different days prior to our check in. Both times a red truck and gold car were present. We assumed they were the renters. We arrived 50 mins past check in time and both cars were still present. Young men spotted us, tossed a vacuum and broom in the truck and took off. Best guess is that they had been occupying the property prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, the house had not been cleaned. Debris was present on the floor, bathrooms had grime, toothpaste and hair in the showers and sinks, trash was left in bins, food wrappers in pool area, and sheets were clearly not changed as evidenced by both smell and stains. Please see pictures. All was reported to property management and owner within 3 hour time frame per property instructions. Cleaning company sent out same young men who, again, did not clean and left without notifying anyone. Request was made to clean all bathrooms and change all linens. Beds were unmade when they arrived and unmade when they left. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Spent first day at property washing all linens in the house and cleaning bathrooms. Owner and property manager were unresponsive when contacted regarding lack of resolution to these issues. Would not stay at this property again if managed by same company. Beautiful home, plenty of room and a great pool! Just a short walk to the beach. Nothing bad to say about the house or the service received from BLV. House was also amply equipped with everything you need to cook, travel with babies, and get nice and comfortable for a week in your home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay! The spaces were nice, especially if you appreciate the ability to have some optional privacy. The main house and guest house are connected by the fenced in pool area, which is also super nice for families with small children. You don’t have to worry about them breaking out of the house and falling into the pool. There is one bedroom/bathroom on the second floor of the guest house that is outdoor entry only - not a problem, just mentioning as it was hard to tell in photos. It could get pretty warm but made for three totally separate sleeping situations (main house, guest downstairs and guest upstairs), which was handy. They had the house stocked with everything to get you started, linens were fresh/clean and the crib plus high chair were super handy for us. The house is a very short walk to the beach and on a quiet dead-end. We loved the location - also a quick drive or bike ride to Alys and shirt drive to Rosemary, etc. I should note, we read other reviews that beach chairs were available to use, but that had changed when we arrived so we were sort of in a pickle because we opted not to bring those to have extra space in the car having read they were available (and didn’t want to buy more since we already have some). Not a big deal, just noting for anyone else who are planning for a stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for our big family vacation. The separate houses allowed everyone to spread out and have plenty of space. 2 driveways also allowed for our multiple cars. The large pool, pool toys & screen patio kept everyone entertained when we weren't at the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, a wagon & umbrella for the quick walk to the private beach access. It was so great to have all the baby equipment (crib, pack n play, highchair) instead of having to rent them. We will be back!

Wow! What a comfortable stay! The kitchen was FULLY equipped for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids) who wanted to prepare all our own meals and drinks. Amazing! Very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own assigned bathroom Well appointed and the screened in patio dining room made a perfect place to enjoy the evenings. Would highly recommend. Very clean and had all the amenities possible with a 4 minute walk to the private beach you couldn't ask for more. So nice that they left us beach chairs and wagon to use too!

Fantastic location with a quick walk to the beach or short bike to Rosemary for shops and dining. The property had a main house with 3 beds/3 baths that had been recently refreshed and was well stocked with appliances/dishes/etc. The carriage house had another 2 beds/2 baths that we did not really use but would have been nice had grandparents joined us- it was not as up to date but still clean. The pool area was cute and the heater worked nicely. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful trip to C Breeze for spring break. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, well thought out and every amenity provided. Plenty of pool and beach accessories including a wagon and beach chairs made our very short walk to the beach even easier. We will be back!
