Property was as described and was set up for our dog to stay as well. Property manager was easy to communicate with and available. It was nice that this property had a garage you can park in. Very relaxing property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Havasu City. The city itself is a nice size, easy to navigate with all the amenities one needs. The property was beautifully appointed at the edge of the city giving us a great view of the sky and mountains in the distance. Patti Mentch came by the first morning and gave us instructions on how to heat the pool if we so desired. The house was well stocked and clean and the pool and deck area have the perfect mix of shade and sun. The community is trying to adhere to a Dark Sky policy so encourages limited yard lights at dusk resulting in a very quiet, peaceful area. We had a wonderful time!

This is a very nice, cozy and clean place. We really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the pool table. Patti was a wonderful host, quick to response, friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Great house. We had seven adults and two dogs. Plenty of room. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Comfortable clean and had everything you needed. Dog friendly beautiful home. Garage was great for the toys. Third bedroom was just ok. Would rather a queen and/or day bed or roll away. Location is a little further out but the mountain view is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home and would stay again. Loved it!

My family and I have stayed a couple of times at this amazing home. It has everything needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of parking for our boat and well stocked inside. Pool is great! The house is clean and comfortable. Thanks for everything. We will be back again.

This property was really clean and beautiful inside and out. It had everything needed to enjoy the week included a well stocked kitchen with utensils and basic spices. We enjoyed cooking in instead of going out. The back yard and pool area was great. Well maintained. Patti, the property manager was nice and easy to reach. She checked on us during the week to make sure that everything was good. We would stay here again.

This house is a 10 out of 10. Patti the property manager was attentive and easy to work with, she really made our stay wonderful. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, you could tell the pride in ownership. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!!!
This property is amazing! Fully stocked with all things needed! Beautiful scenery and the home was incredible! Lots of room! The pool was a hit as well as the pool table! The location was close to everything which was nice! Patti, the property manager, was the absolute best to work with! Very communicative and personable! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!
