Excellent location, super clean apartment

Richard was a great host. The townhouse was clean and ready for us. He messaged me 2 days prior to my trip with the check in process. He touched base with me the day of the trip to make sure we were settled. On day 2, we had an issue with the downstairs AC. I messaged him and responded within minutes and he had someone out by that afternoon to correct the issue. We had zero issues after that. He messaged me a couple days before our departure with instructions on what to do before we left. It was a great experience. I would definitely rent from Richard again, his communication was awesome!

Not a bad place... lots of used kitchens items old very old Cups... glasses... and other Items.. Lots of stairs to get up to the master bed room and leaving room and kitchen.

An amazing location. An amazing home away from home. Most important the Delgado’s are an amazing family. I was blessed to have met them. Looking forward already to our next stay. If this condo is available, don’t hesitate to reserve it. You won’t be disappointed.

Love staying at Kawama. We have been going for years and stayed at different units. This unit is advertised correctly but definitely needs some care in the kitchen. A thorough cleaning and upgrades would make a 5 star review. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable. Didnt get much sleep. This was first unit we stayed in that didnt have a golf cart to use which is a big bonus in this community. Love Kawama and will be back.

This was a great rental. The place was spotless and well appointed. Easy to find and get in and out. Richard was a great host. He checked to make sure that we got in OK and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely consider for an other Key Largo visit.

We loved the place it was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space. Nice furniture and decor. Place was very clean and an amazing location. The available bikes on the property we enjoyed riding throughout the marina and neighborhood. We highly recommend and hope to stay again.

The property was very clean! We had family staying in the same community and they were in walking distance from us. The condo was fully stocked with whatever we needed; kitchen, bath towels, beach towels. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everywhere was very clean. The grounds were lovely and the pool was a good size and it was very warm. The location was on point, close to grocery store, restaurants of all kinds, ice cream treats, and activities too. If we are ever in the area again we will be coming back.

Our family loved this place! It was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles as well as the lagoon. Within a short driving distance to many great restaurants.

Great location and we loved the easy access here to snorkel the jetty. Lots of marine life on the jetty. Great views of sunrises and sunsets. Lots of great seating along the property to enjoy them from. There is a great recreation park nearby. They even have a 9 hole disc golf! Kayaked at John Pennecamp S.P. , biked 15 mile loop at Shark Valley with lots of gators, played tennis and pickleball on this property, rented a boat for a day to snorkel the coral reef and did some scuba diving. This property was in a great location for all our activities. It was also very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. Only thing that the property didn't have was a dining room table which we sorely missed. Nice big washer and dryer which we loved. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The 6 of us left Key Largo with wonderful memories!

Beautiful property, great location! We stayed for a family wedding. Very clean and well equipped. Property owner quickly responded to questions and was very helpful. Checkin was very easy.

This property/resort was amazing for families & kids! It’s awesome especially with the playground & pool right out the back steps. The host was great & communicated well. We loved taking a walk out to the marina & point. We swam the lagoon and had a lot of fun feeding the fish and playing at the beach. We will definitely come back here.

Great property

We rented for my family because we were getting married. The check in was easy. The property was immaculate and was stocked with everything one needs and more. The rooms were spacious and bright and I especially loved the suite on the ground level which was great for my mom who has trouble walking upstairs. Definitely would go back again and again.

This home was great! So many amenities to keep us entertained, not to mention the surrounding area. It worked just perfect for our family vacation! Richard was very helpful. Only needed help once but he answered quickly and gave us a couple ideas for things to do as well. Thank you very much for a great place to make some happy memories!

Property was as represented in photos, logistics of check in / check out was very easy. The property is well-maintained and appointed.

Fabulous! We had plenty of room for 6 adults. The area has many activities to choose from. We rode bikes, kayaked, and lounged by the pool. There are also a couple of restaurants that are walkable. The owner was one of the best! He responded to me immediately when I had a question. Great stay!

The property was Immaculately clean and included lots of extras to enhance our stay! The rental is 3 stories but it gave our group of 8 plenty of room to spread out. The property offers enough so you wouldn’t have to go anywhere if you didn’t want to…We snorkeled in the lagoon, swam in the pool, kayaked off the jetty, and enjoyed the critters. Richard was extremely easy to communicate with and checked in with concern everyday when one of our grandsons got sick and ended up in the hospital. A little piece of paradise, for sure!

Should have exhaust fans in bathrooms. More places to sit in living area.. over all very nice place to stay. Lots of steps for older peeps!!

Overall experience was excellent and cannot wait to return.
