We had an excellent stay in Solana Beach. Ann's place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in a great neighborhood where you can easily walk to the beach, various shops on Cedros Avenue, lovely cafes and restaurants. Mariam, who welcomed us, gave us a warm welcome and recommended numerous restaurants and places of interest. She was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!!

We have children and grandchildren who live in San Diego and our visits are always short because of us having to stay in hotels while visiting. We decided to escape the heat in TX and stay near the beach so kids and grandkids could come and stay with us. The complex was beautiful, the pools and hot tubs delightful, and being just steps away from the beach was glorious! The condo was so nicely appointed, stocked, and comfortable. We will be back!

Great location, lovely info! We walked the long stretch of beach daily, sunsets every evening. There are several dining options within walking distance and plenty more just a short drive away.

Miriam was wonderful. She gave us so many tips on what to do, and where to go in the area the property is on a bluff so be prepared for lots of steps. The condo had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable and clean. There is secured underground parking which was very nice. Great location for visiting San Diego, La Jolla, Carlsbad and of course the beach. It is a steep climb down to visit the private beach. Just think of it as your exercise for the day! Highly recommend staying here.

The condo cute and clean with a great layout for a family; the property is a good fit for teens b/c it is enclosed and safe for them to walk around; fantastic location near the very quiet part of Solana beach.

We had lovely family time visiting and exploring Solana Beach. The complex amenities, with beach access and ocean views were spectacular. The beach felt almost private there were so few people there. We took advantage of the walking distance and the surrounding areas. Fletcher Cove park was very close and has a great playground for younger children.
My only critique was the unexpected street noise during sleeping hours. The 101 could be heard from the primary. But this the price you pay for staying on a budget. If we could afford to hear the waves instead we would have. Overall this rental was perfect. No regrets.

The property was everything we expected and more. Mariam was great to work with and very helpful. Plenty of room for families. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Very private and safe. Secluded beach. Well equipped with most items. Will be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We didn't use the grill but there was one available on the porch. There were two pools that we had access to. The condo complex is located on a bluff and the view is beautiful looking down over the ocean when you are standing at the top of the bluff. There are many restaurants, shops, and a CVS in easy walking distance.

We have found our forever rental whenever we are in town. Beautiful home and perfect location! Couldn’t have been a nicer vacation. All the amenities of home. By far the best vrbo experience we’ve had. Surpassed our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Solana Beach. Great for our family over spring break - restaurants within walking distance, pools/tennis court on property and the condo was very nicely furnished and decorated. We would highly recommend it!

This particular condo is very well appointed, maintained, clean and modern. It faces the street rather than the ocean. The complex is a bit dated and needs some improvements to the pool and clubhouse areas.

Everything was well maintained. The property was close to shopping and done great restaurants. The walk to the beach was short but plan for alot of stairs. The host was very helpful with recommendation, I would definitely stay here again

This condo is very stylish and well equipped. The owner was attentive and helpful. The parking options are far from the condo and involve many stairs, not ideal if you have a lot to unload or knee/back issues. This unit does not have central AC and was hot and stuffy in spite of ample windows and ceiling fans. The cliff stairs down to the beach are many and not ideal with children and lots of beach gear, we ended up driving four minutes to Del Mar where you can walk onto the beach easily. In spite of the dawbacks, we had a great time.

The condo was clean and recently updated. Great location next to the beach and there were close restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. Be ready for getting your workout on all the stairs around the property and to the beach.

Excellent for families!
Leslie's home is beautiful and such a relaxing place. Our family of 5 stayed at this property for 6 nights and enjoyed every bit of it! Location is wonderful. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops, and a convenient store. It was also very convenient to see the fireworks for the 4th. Just a short walk towards Del Mar fairgrounds for the 4th of July fireworks show. Her place has everything you need for the beach - a short walk to the beach. Our kids' (2, 8, &10)loved the morning walks around the property to see the fish, and to the bluff for sunsets. Mariam (so wonderful) checked us in and everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be staying at this property again. It was such a nice getaway for our family!

Great location
Our family had a great stay. The kids loved being close to the beach. We played tennis and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect in every way!
This was easily my favorite family vacation! The location of the condo was ideal for me, my husband, and two sons (ages 3 and 5). We had easy and immediate access to the beach, were walking distance to restaurants, short driving distance from grocery, close by great places to bring kids (La Jolla, Zoo, etc). Mariam gave us a wonderful tour and information on great places to go. And of course, the condo and grounds were beautiful!!! She was extremely kind. I fully intend to come back next year with my family!

We loved the condo! Perfect for our group of 5! We loved the pool, closeness to the beach and location to get to other areas of La Jolla. The condo was well stocked, quiet and beautiful. We will absolutely be coming back again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us

Great place in a great location! The host was quick to resolve any (minor) issues. Knives could use sharpening or replacing, primary bedroom towels could use a refresh. I suspect the new owner will get to these details before we can return, and we will return!

Great family spot
Everything at the property was great. We loved walking to the park and beach with our littles. It was exactly what we were looking for. My only problem with the property isn’t really a problem, more of something to note - my father has bad knees and the complex and beach access have a LOT of stairs. I loved it, get like a little workout every time I left, but for my father, it was very difficult and I might have booked another place just for his comfort if I’d known.

Absolutely beautiful
We arrived fairly late from airport, Danice was very understanding and had no problem with meeting us at property with keys and a tour of the property. The condo itself was beautiful and extremely clean. We were so taken in from the condo and it’s surroundings we will be back next year.

We did not rent a car and were disappointed that it often took awhile (up to 30 minutes) to get an Uber in this location; this made it harder to venture farther in the Solana Beach/Del Mar area.

Our stay was incredible! We can’t wait to go back and would 100% stay here again. The unit is beautiful, modern, spacious, and great for families. We had all the comforts of feeling at home while enjoying the location which is right next to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and only a short drive to other San Diego attractions like the Zoo and Legoland. Plus the pool and tennis courts were great too! As the other reviews mentioned there are indeed a lot of stairs but it is well worth it. Solana Beach is a gem of an oceanside town – enough amenities to make a vacation easy without being overly touristy.

We 100% enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a beautiful, relaxing time. The condo was clean and the pictures do not even do justice. Very clean and comfortable! A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Thank you for an amazing week away from life. It was much needed! :)
