Very clean property and great location. layout of the house is nice and easy for group gatherings or alone time. everything was functional and enjoyed all aspects of this wonderful home.

Everything perfect place

This is the worst stay we’ve had on Vrbo. The host was not responsive to our concerns at all. They took over 8 hours to initially respond, ignored issues we had, & then flat out did not answer our last message. The house is lovely in pictures, but we had a number of issues: - The fire pit was a big reason we booked this house, but it did not work at all. - The patio furniture had no back cushions, meaning you couldn’t comfortably use them at all. - The amount of bugs in this house was alarming & they really need pest control. There were a ton of flies, moths, gnats & a cockroach. - They have signs by the toilet asking you not to flush toilet paper, but rather put used toilet paper in the waste basket. I understand their septic system is fragile, but this should be in the listing for clear expectations & it is not. This could be a deal breaker for some people. - The bedrooms need to have a luggage rack or suitcase stand for convenience in the closets. Now the only place is on the floor. - Minor conveniences like tissues are missing. - One bedroom has artwork that is very creepy like a demon. I asked for a partial refund as this place was pricey & did not have everything available that they advertised, but they never responded. If you do choose to stay here, hopefully your experience will be better than ours. :-(

I am a minimalist and appreciate good design but every piece of furniture except the beds which very good was unbelievably hard, uncomfortable & not conducive, hanging out, socialising & just being on vacation. I believe we paid Premium rate for out of season in the desert so we absolutely resented having to pay additional daily fee to have the hot tub heated

The property was the perfect setting for an extended weekend getaway with friends. Everything about the house was very well thought out, the check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was a breeze. It was the perfect retreat for a day in the pool, or gazing at the stars late at night, and being in close proximity to many trails in Joshua Tree park was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this stay, as this was one of the best vacation rental experiences imaginable.

Only thing I would suggest is the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. And maybe have a curtain or shade of some kind in living area the sun beats in there and gets very warm. Overall great house!

Great location, 15 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. Very cool layout, mid century modern vibe. Courtyard with pool, spa and fire pit was also very nice. The only thing a little off putting were the signs in each bathroom telling us not to put "anything but water" in the toilet. I know they are on a septic system, but this was a little much! Still a lovely stay.

The photos don’t really do this place justice and the photos are incredible. It’s an amazing space. That’s all you need. However. Do note, Joshua Tree can be fairly remote without many amenities around. If that’s important to you, this may not be the place for you. This was exactly what we were looking for however. So it was perfect.

This was a lovely home with a modern clean feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This is a lovely property, very well laid out. The beds were very comfortable, great showers, well equipped kitchen. We did not find the living room furniture comfortable, except for the couch. The tables sloped, making it difficult to put cups on it without fear of it spilling. The other two chairs were not comfortable at all. It would be challenging to seat 6 adults comfortably with the current arrangement in living room. Other than that, the place was wonderful. We really enjoyed the hot tub, but it needs a full 2 hours to heat up. Totally worth the wait. It was 10 minutes to the entrance of Joshua Tree, making it an ideal location.

Es war alles perfekt: Toplage, neues hervorragend ausgestattetes Objekt, das nicht nur stylisch sondern auch gemütlich ist. Toller Pool. Alles da, was man braucht: Von der Badezimmerausstattung bis zur Küchenausstattung. Wären gern länger geblieben.

The C house did not diss appoint! Splurge and stay here. This stay was by far the most relaxing vacation of my life! It’s a short drive to Joshua tree National park! Everything you really need is already here! Management is quick to respond to any needs or concerns! Definitely booking with somewhere for our next trip to the desert!
