The house was immaculate, quiet, well-organized and had every convenience needed for a lovely stay. I was only in a few nights for work, but wished I had stayed longer! Would love to come back. Thank you!

Matthew is highly communicative - great clean house

It was a pleasure staying at this property while we prepared for a family wedding. The floor length mirrors helped everyone ensure they looked their best for the ceremony. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the deck and using the grill to prepare breakfast for 9 adults, an infant and a toddler.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It has central air but also window AC's, which was fine but does make the house darker and more closed in. Beds very comfy and hosts were great. A little something was up with the plumbing but we bought a plunger and seemed fine but no hot water in master bedroom. Not a knock on the place, just more of an FYI

Great Place for Family
Matt was an excellent host. He answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The house was perfect for our family! It was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was big and three of the grandsons fixed steak and shrimp and veggie skewers to do on the grill on the deck. The deck was beautifully furnished with comfortable chairs and a nice table. The yard was beautiful and not too close to neighbors. Inside the furnishings were equally as nice. And the light fixtures were all very unique and beautiful. The beds in all 6 bedrooms were very comfortable. It was just the perfect place for us, and the next time we’re here we’ll be renting from Matt again!

Best family gathering
The house was great for our extended family gathering. We got lucky with the weather so we could be outdoors all weekend. The deck was perfect! Thanks to our host for accommodating us.

We used this beautiful home for our Company's Couples Retreat. It was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The home was very clean and the property manager was consistently available to answer any questions. It was the perfect location as well.

This house was in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and new. There was a lot to do around as well, nice for family all ages. Bedrooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was nice as well. Overall, great place to stay, my family and I had a great time here!

It was a perfect house for our family to gather and hang out. Great backyard deck and grass area for playing and plenty of inside space for relaxing. Our stay was wonderful!
