This was the right kind of place for my young family. Plenty of space, comfortable, and access to a lot of activity options. We did some of the nearby hikes, the animal sanctuary, and Horseshoe Bend. The property itself was well-taken care of, and the complex was nice and quiet. The pool was closed when we were there and the hot tub was not very warm. Overall, a great stay and somewhere we will look up again if we are in the area.

This is a great rental for the Kanab area. Everything thing about was great about it and Allan was always very responsive to questions and issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Our daughter wanted to travel out west for her senior trip. We wanted a central location for Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. Staying in Kanab was perfect. The condo had everything we needed in a great location!!

Enjoyed our stay in Kanab for Balloons & Tunes. We have gone for the last three years and have found the location of this condo complex to work great. It is nice to have a location to return to that has a home like feel, where we can play games and watch movies together. You don’t get that experience from staying in a hotel.

This was a great location for our adventures. The hot tub was wonderful to soak in. We enjoyed having games to play during our stay.

The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. A few suggestions to the owners: The two lights in the upstairs bathroom areas with the sink did not turn on, we could not figure out why. It wasn't a big enough issue to contact host during our stay. You could use better frying pans in the kitchen. The ones provided are really scratched up badly. Besides that everything was great and we had a nice time. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The townhouse suited or needs 100%

We loved the location, visiting Zion, Grand Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon, Sand Caves and Moccasin Mountain during our stay.

Alan was very responsive to our messages. That was appreciatived.

We had high hopes for this property but an ant infestation, poor cleaning, and a lack of maintenance on the property made for a less than ideal stay. We reported the ant issue right away upon check in and someone came over while we went out to dinner. Unfortunately this was something that needs an exterminator and not just a couple store bought traps. Communication was initially good but dropped off after time. I tried to use the fitness room but the key didn't work and when I asked if there were hours that I didn't see posted, the owner said he would check and get back to me but I'm still waiting to find out. I suspect the property has not been visited by the owners in a while as it is beginning to fall into disrepair: - The pans for the stove are non-stick and have deep gouges into them, making them unsafe for use. - The dishwasher gasket is coming off of the inside of the unit--I did not run it for fear of it leaking all over the place. - The previously-mentioned ants. - Burned out light bulbs in the lower bathroom. - The bedroom closets have not been used or aired out in some time as they had a bit of a musty smell to them. All in all, while in a great location, this could use some attention and should be avoided until that happens.

Great home and location to explore the area and National Parks!

Centrally located town we were able to hit Zion and Bryce with ease. Great staging point for our second trip to Grand Canyon. House was clean and upkeep is great. Owners wet timely in communication. Would recommend!

Good location, well maintained.

The townhome was nice, clean, and comfortable, had everything we were looking for in a place to stay. The pool was nice, the kids loved it. Will be coming back if we are in the area again.

Great spot for enjoying Kanab. Definitely not walkable to downtown but easy drive and easy parking. The location worked well for our group. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Pool and gym area are nice but definitely lots of folks using the amenities.

Property was as described, clean and near featured locations. Would stay again and recommend to friends

Great stay in Kanab for 2 nights in April. Home was clean and had everything our family needed. Pool area and hot tub was nice after a long day of camping. Very close to kid friendly activities - sand dunes, ATV rides and caves.

Clean and comfy! It was a good base camp for all of our other adventures.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean, simple townhome made a great home base for our adventures! Unfortunately we had a plumbing issue during our stay, but Alan and Donna were quick to respond! We also really appreciated the “Things to Do” guide they made available to us. We are looking forward to coming back!

It was just what we needed

We went to Kanab for the Ballon Festival and our stay was amazing!! The house was clean and definitely gave us a home vibe and stay. The rooms were clean and there was space for everyone. Being a new listing the home didn’t have wifi, but we made due. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the location was perfect with a gorgeous view. Alan is very responsive as well. I 100% plan to come back in the future and recommend to anyone staying in Kanab!

Alan and Donna were so helpful and kind! The condo was perfect and so clean. They provided great suggestions of things to do in Kanab and we utilized as many as we could. The hot tub was the best way to end the evenings. It’s a great location in town and close to everything. We even saw a deer in the backyard! So cute! We will for sure be back!
