We had a great time and the house had everything we needed! Plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect! We will definitely rent here again.

We had a fabulous and relaxing girls getaway. The home had everything we needed to make it a perfect weekend. And what beautiful sunrises! We’ll definitely return!

We encountered unfortunate circumstances which prevented us from actually staying at Ashton’s rental, however she provided prompt responses as well as kept open communication with me during the entire process. Ashton was very willing to work with our group’s requests and needs and made things very easy from beginning to end. We plan to book our future trip with Ashton due to the great service and communication we received from this experience.

Great place to come to when visiting the beach. Plenty of space for my group and we loved that there was a washer/dryer for us to use. The beach is a few steps away from the house which made it easy to go back and forth. I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay on the beach.

Beautiful home with access to the beach just a few steps away. Plenty of room for our large family of 13. Our host was always prompt to reply to any of my questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this beach home to others.

This property offered everything we needed for our family celebration at the beach! Location was perfect, access to the beach was right across the parking lot, beach seemed private even though there was public access, the outdoor seating was great on both the upper and lower decks. Beds were all very comfortable!! The loft was especially accommodating for eight people as it offered two bathroom areas: one with a shower and sink, one with a toilet and sink. We only had a few issues as we checked in: cleaning crew was still there, so it delayed our actual checkin for about an hour. There were not kitchen towels available, but the owner immediately sent her property manager out with brand new ones. There are plenty of kitchen pans/pots and plates/cups; however, be sure to pack extra paper towels, toilet paper, plastic wrap, food storage, mixing bowls, etc. Bring lots of ice! Dispenser in the freezer doesn’t work. Crock pot should be a brand new one since the one on property didn’t work for us, so owner ordered a new one. Loved having a second fridge and outdoor shower downstairs! Owner responded to all of our concerns regarding check in issues in a prompt and positive way! Would definitely come back!

This house has everything you could want for an enjoyable beach visit. The kitchen is well stocked. The upstairs and downstairs outside areas have plenty of seating for group gatherings. Everything inside is comfortable. I hope we can stay there again.

This is our 2nd year to stay in this cabin we love everything about it, location is the best! Only complaint was it was pretty dirty when last year was spotless! Overall had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family trip. The house was clean and well kept. There was plenty of sleeping spots, lots of seating both indoors and out, and tons of dishes and utensils for a large family. We had four kids ranging from 2-8 years old and this was a great house for us. The upstairs had a gate to block off the stairs and there is a fenced in yard with a playground which was a lovely perk. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The wi-fi was fast and we never had any issues even when using two tvs and multiple devices at once. The walk to the beach is very short and made it easy to go from house to beach throughout the day. We loved having a quiet beach versus fighting the crowds of Galveston. When we arrived there was a small glitch with the locks and the host answered immediately to help us. She checked on us during the stay to ensure everything was going well. It is definitely a house we plan to go back to!

The house itself is terrific, seemed brand new, and is highly functional for a large group of people. The beach is what it is, so it's a bit more about your expectations in that if you are expecting Destin, FL you are going to be disappointed. If you are comparing to Galveston beaches, it's comparable. We had a fun time and would easily stay here again when we are content with a short getaway to the Galveston area - particularly if we were planning on another family or two to attend as well. Also I will add the place was stocked very well with kitchen appointments/utensils etc. which makes such a big difference in experience compared to previous places in the Galveston area we have rented. And in a final comment, I was in disbelief in how much seating this property had on the first floor area, deck area, and main living room area...I literally dread thinking about how much money they must have put into seating...but it makes the place incredibly functional for a large group for sure and a super comfortable place for a couple families to share.

Nice location. A little bit away from the larger town area. But nice beach access. Took a small group to this house but there was tons of room for people to sleep and park.
