I can’t say enough of good things about this property, in town, great restaurants, close to hiking trails, abundance of local shops and just the cutest!! My family came in town for THANKSGIVING for my daughter at the U. I cooked an entire THANKSGIVING meal in this VRBO, the kitchen was stocked. The owners have thought of everything!! Thank you for making our THANKSGIVING care free.

This loft apartment was perfect for our needs! We celebrated my sons wedding at Union Station and used this loft to rest in between events. It’s beautiful & spacious! Absolutely perfect!

We will definitely be return customers! This apartment is much larger than expected, plenty of room to relax, cook, sleep and work. We were there on leisure but we still had to work so it was the perfect blend. Within walking distance are our favorite local bars, restaurants and shopping. The steam shower was an absolute cherry on top. Great communication and easy transaction. Highly recommend

This property was the best stay we have ever had! We have two young children who still nap and go to bed early so properties like this are a must when traveling. The apartment itself was soooo pretty with large windows and natural light, every amenity, and TWO king sized beds! The host accommodated a request from us and made us a home-cooked lemon loaf which we ate all of. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go and had beautiful views of the mountains. Our 3 year-old is still talking about the 'holiday house' and we can only hope to stay here again.

An amazing experience

This property is exactly as it is shown. Location is great and the property has everything you could need. The only issue is at night you hear the traffic but after the first night we got used to it. We would definitely book here again - it is perfect. Great for a family because of the open area where everyone can sit and visit. Very clean, the response is quick with any questions you may have.

I come to Salt Lake City a lot for work, but never skiing, and we settled on Snowbasin. Since there aren't hotels at the resort I searched for rental homes and stumbled upon this great loft. We weren't disappointed! When we arrived we were greeted with a lemon cake (that was delicious!) and a nice bottle of wine. Plenty of room for our family of four, and a really comfortable layout. We're pretty picky, and found everything to our liking. We also loved that we could walk to restaurants rather than drive again after a long day skiing. It was so great that we decided to book again when we come back for my teenagers' spring break. This might be our new home away from home!

We went to Ogden to hit Snowbasin to ski with the family. I've never been to Utah, my wife has, and we both had a fantastic time. The condo is really cool. It's in a mix-use building and has a neat industrial vibe... in a good way! It's a stone's throw away from a lot of cool things - breakfast spot 3 doors down that we hit up every morning, coldstone cremery just a 1/2 block down, plenty of bars (didn't really do this because we had the kids), and restaurants. There's even a train museum across the street that we went and checked out. As for the place itself, it's well updated - appliances are new, furniture is current and not worn down, the beds were comfortable, there was coffee stocked, any kitchen stuff we'd need, and the owner had us stocked with coffee, a bottle of wine, and an amazing lemon cake waiting for us when we arrived! One cool feature that we didn't realize was there when we booked, the shower is also a steam room. We figured we'd give it a go and it was REALLY relaxing. A nice thing I would have ever looked for in a property... but it was a cool touch. The instructions for getting in and out were straightforward. It was a little bit of a drive to the mountain but the trade-off for being close to nighttime activities was worth it. The only downsides (and these were minor in the scheme of things) - you're on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator so you'll have to lug things up and down. I don't mind. The exercise was good for me :). Just be aware if you're physically challenged. - It's an old historic building so I'm sure replacing and updating windows isn't trivial. A big storm came through and the drafts in the windows had the curtains moving! They're also single pane so you get a lot of noise from the street. Fortunately, it calms down at night. Didn't bother me... it's like living in any city setting. We had an absolutely great vacation and a big part was renting this place. Highly recommend this VRBO and we'll stay here again should we make it back.

I cannot get over that this gem is hidden on one of the main streets in the city. The cleanliness, communication, and little details were absolutely amazing. When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine, and a lemon loaf left for us. I was absolutely not expecting little details like this, but I was absolutely wowed as soon as I arrived. I did have a question, and was answered promptly and clearly, which I was so appreciative of. I will absolutely be coming back to this location, and have already been telling anyone about it that I can. Absolutely perfect!!!!

Really cool historic building. Proximity to restaurants was great. We wanted the ability to just walk at night to dinner and there were so many options that were close. The unit was nice and as described. The only downside was that the street noise from vehicles was louder than expected in the mornings but due to the age of the building this was very understandable and we use a sound machine which drowned most of the noise out. This should not deter you from booking this location and we would stay here again.

I stayed in the apartment for a three day ski trip with my teenage son and a friend. Lots of great eating places are within a block or two. TVs configured for streaming services. The kitchen was fully appointed and convenient for dinner and breakfasts. A 25m drive to Snowbasin Resort.

Second time staying here, we love the location and it works great for me and my two kids. Fantastic Thai/pho place across the street and a really good sushi place a block away along with several pizza places within walking distance. Property owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

We selected this property due to convenience of location for a downtown event. Ended up being perfect overall. It sits above commercial, but we never saw anyone and were never bothered. Felt like the privacy of a single standing house. The living room and kitchen were open and the tall ceilings made for an even bigger space. Both rooms were comfortable and the shower steam was a bonus. Kitchen was well stocked and the entire property was top notch clean. You can’t beat it for the nightly rate. Management was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This looked like a great property from the pictures but the actual property exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is really nicely furnished with top notch beds, couches, etc. It also has a ton of character - industrial chic with high ceilings, tall windows and lots of brick. Location is fantastic, I had no idea i was booking a property in the center of everything - lots of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance - this is an ideal location for two couples to enjoy the local nightlife. I stayed there with my two kids and they loved it, I was struggling to find something to do on Saturday morning and then I opened the curtains and there was a market happening right in front of the building with food vendors and local merchants. Overall we had a fantastic stay, a couple of things to be aware of, we stayed over the weekend and there was street noise on Friday night but I guess that's the price you pay when you're staying in the center of an active area. Also, we were the only ones in the building over the weekend so you are responsible for making sure you keep the building locked at all times, not a big deal but we found ourselves going downstairs to check the front and back door before we went to bed. Overall, very small sacrifices for a great property in a great location.

We almost didn't end up staying at this property due to a family emergency. I'm so glad that we were able to work things out so we could. The place is gorgeous, and the location is right were all the actions is (action for Ogden, UT of course). Not only was the place nice, Deb greeted us with a delicious Lemon Pound Cake that was to dead for. Not sure the next time I'll be in town but this is the only place I'm staying for now on!

A great place to stay just be mindful that you're next to one of the busiest streets in Ogden. That being said definitely would recommend.

The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we could have wanted! We loved the location on 25th Street and it was close to family we were visiting in Ogden and a great central location for our travels around Utah! We would love to rent it again next time we visit!!

My family and I have stayed in this beautiful place a few times now. I have family who live in ogden so we visit frequently. I can’t say enough about how amazing not only the property is, but how smooth and easy everything has been. 10/10
