If you're planning to ski at Ski Granby Ranch, this is the place to stay! Plenty of room and an easy 5 minute drive to the mountain. Great house!

Very clean , close to town of Granby & grocery stores. We cooked all of our meals at the house and there were plenty of dishes/pots/pans etc to accommodate our larger group. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. 10/10 recommend this property.

What an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and clean. The six of us had plenty of space to spread out without being on top of each other. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need to cook dinners. The surrounding area/ views were spectacular. Thank you!

Just a few minutes away from Grandby Ranch. Everything was nice (the views, shower, beds, kitchen, grill, garage, cell service, television). Would love to stay there again. Very clean also.

The property is first class. Very nice, and very clean. The owner was easy to work with and we had no issues. It is a nice relaxing cabin near the Granby Ski area. My wife enjoyed her birthday celebration and we will keep it on the list for future visits.

This may be the best VRBO we’ve rented yet. Everything about this place was top notch - gorgeous views, super clean, high quality furnishings, everything you could possibly need for a fun stay in Granby Ranch. We were there with our kiddos for some skiing, and we’ll be back for the summer fun too!

This house was simply perfect. Has plenty of space inside and outside. The views were amazing and the neighbors aren’t to close, that’s always something my family looks for. I was quite surprised that not only was the house very well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware but the pantry was also stocked with a variety of seasonings. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to this area.

They made renting this property very easy! Beautiful house. My only complaint were the pillows and the twin bed and pull out weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise we really enjoyed it. Thank you!!

Four of us stayed a week in this home. We all loved it. The house was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked with nice pots and pans (not all scratched up!), dishes and flatware. There was plenty of space. The front porch was perfect for early morning coffee. Just about every window had a nice view of the mountains or aspens. The master shower was fantastic.
There were many thoughtful touches in the house, like moisturizer at every sink, and night lights in the bathrooms and the kitchen.
Barbara and Don were very quick to respond to questions, and were very helpful with local information (like Oktoberfest!).
There was construction in the neighborhood, but there was never any noise inside the house. And the house next door was completed while we were there.
We highly recommend this home and will stay here again when we are traveling with a group.

A lovely and well appointed house. My cousins and I stayed here while in Granby for a family wedding. The house was immaculate, well appointed, nicely located, and met all of our needs. In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the house is filled with boardgames and an assortment of books.

Great house!
Overall our stay was great! We had a mishap with checkin but the host responded immediately. The house is great for families to spread out. Super close to Ski Granby Ranch. Heated Garage. Fully stocked Kitchen. Steam shower in master! The master bedroom is spaceous and a nice retreat away from everyone else. The master bed mattress was a bit too firm for us but thats just our preference. Stay here! Its a great house with tons of room for a family or group of families!

Great Ski/RMNT Home
This large cabin/home is great for a large or extended family trip. Perfect for skiing at Granby Ranch or any of the other myriad of outdoor activities in Grand Lake. Also close driving distance to Winter Park Resort and Rocky Mountain National Park entrances.
Barbara was very quick to answer all our questions and check-in was fast and easy. Home also is good for kids with one Graco Pack-N-Play and one foldable high chair on site.
