This home was very beautiful and my family enjoyed our time there. However, had I known that there were stairs from the kitchen to the dining area/living room, we would have chosen a different home. We have 2 handicap adults and 2 small kids. My 2 year old fell off the steps twice and hit his head and face hard on the floor, leaving a huge knot on his forehead and a bruised cheek. The rest of us almost tripped on the stairs several times. I just want to give this piece of info for anyone booking this home who might have small kids and handicap adults. Aside from those issues, almost everything else was great! The location and private beach are stunning. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold, the pool was very nice. The gates to the beach were not working properly, so we left them open to keep from getting locked out. Overall a 9 out of 10!

Property was beautiful. Very well laid out. Very family friendly. The deck was under construction & not complete by the time we arrived. The pool is lovely but tile is missing on steps & several children & adults received cuts. The garage door would not open with the code the last 3 days of our stay Overall , great place to stay. We enjoyed property & had a great family stay

Beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and space for family . Right on the beach with easy access and great views . Well placed for local stores and amenities . Makes for a very enjoyable break with the family .

Beautiful home on the beach! We enjoyed the home very much. The property manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Our family, 3 adults and 4 children, stayed a week for Fall Break. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Restaurants within 2 miles, private beach, gated community.....It was perfect!! I definitely recommend the property and the management group ELP if you're visiting Destin!!
