Neighborhood was peaceful and the bnb was well equipped

Nice condo very clean and quite place. The only issue we encountered was the water pressure was low. Taking a shower was a little difficult due to low water pressure. Other then this great place.

The check out time is too early and the property only has one TV which is in the living room

The bed linen was soiled with hair and what appeared to be body fluids. I don’t know but we have pictures. Broke toilet seat. The water pressure was very low making it hard to shower. The manager of the property took care of the issues quickly.

Hist was very attentive and answered any questions. The only thing that was missing are TVs in the bedrooms.

The secure parking, clean and well maintained property and well stocked condo made for a very enjoyable getaway! The condo was clean and roomy. The owner was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for tours and restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay. The listing was very accurate, the apartment had all the amenities needed for our stay. This was my 3rd time visiting Nola and this was the best rental so far. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The neighbors in the building were very friendly. We felt right at home. The decor was gorgeous- I loved the shower curtain in the master bath and the mirror table! I also loved that there were ample amount of towels and the fact that there was replacement paper goods! I've had other rentals where they give a roll of paper towels and a roll of toliet paper and then we have to supply our own after that. Not here! Everything was there- great job! We were about 10-15 minutes away from the happenings in the city- short uber ride no problem at all. I like being able to be out in the mist of city life then come back to peace and quiet. Carter and the Vello team was great, communication was great, check in and out was great! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend! One other thing that does not take away from the 5 stars it could just be me but the water pressure in the showers were not the best. The temperature amazing, I'm just used to more pressure. Still great stay!

This location perfectly met our needs both with proximity to everything we wanted to do as well as being close to the port for getting our cruise started… the only thing that could have made it better is if the exit gate of the garage wasn’t broken and stuck in the open position…that meant the parking wasn’t as secured as we had hoped but still would go back in a heart beat very nice place!

This apartment was just okay. The bathrooms were not very clean with hair in the sink, the television situation was terrible, (with very limited free viewing), the kitchen sink faucet leaked, and the pillows in the bedrooms were rock hard... I think for the amount of money I paid It should have been a little nicer. I will go somewhere else next year...

Our stay was absolutely amazing and this condo was perfect and in a nice area of New Orleans .not to far from the French quarter and other near by attractions . We even got to watch the high school kids put on show while we watched from the balcony and also it’s a very safe condo that has private access. The next time we come back to New Orleans we will be staying at this condo for sure

AC was broken when we arrived. A part had been ordered and the owner failed to tell his property manager I was told. We had unloaded and noticed the AC not working so I just thought it had been turned off. It was 100 plus outside and 86 inside. We had to pack up and find another place on our own after being told Vrbo would find us another similar place and comp us the first night. This didn’t happen plus I still haven’t gotten my money back yet! I should have gotten it back immediately. Nightmare situation and I am very unhappy!

I rated each individual a 5-star rating I am giving an overall 4. I am a frequent travel for both business and personal so I prefer to stay at VRBO properties. My experience at each of the previous properties have always started with the decor. This property has none. As vibrant as the city of New Orleans is there was no representation of it's history, art of culture present. The only decor was a candle on the kitchen counter with the word "Easter" written on it. Also when I travel, and if I plan my stay for a minimum of 3-days, I usually unpack but there were no dressers in the rooms and no shelves in th closets to hang clothes except for what looked like a laundry cart. this is the only vacation home that I stayed at where I was req

We stayed here because the location was perfect for a wedding we attended. The place was as described and very convenient. Neighborhood had everything we needed and we could walk everywhere.

Property is excellent and clean. Close to the French quarter and a gem of a find. I would highly recommend this place for future visitors.

This property is located in a tremendous neighbourhood. We could walk to a variety of restaurants, watering holes and art installations within 10 minutes. Frenchmen Street is only about a 35 minute walk or $10 Uber/Cab. Some cracked dishes and dirty cutlery were the only concerns. We did not eat there much so it had little bearing. There was plenty of space to hang clothes but no real drawers. My guess is that not many stay for a week at a time. Carter was promptly attentive to any of our needs. Bywater is an awesome neighbourhood. I have no issue recommending this property for a stay in New Orleans.

Everything was just as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed for our anniversary get-away weekend! The place was quiet and just a short Uber ride to everything New Orleans has to offer. The only small opportunity (as was called out in other reviews) was the wifi, which was hit and miss and slow when it was available. Overall great stay!

Nice property in a secured building. The water heater isn't big enough to accommodate 4 adults. We had to schedule showers because the hot water ran out, I think it's a 28 gallon water tank and takes along time to reheat, won't fill up the bath tub but 3 inches. Also, there aren't any services such a groceries within walking distance. So, take another $30 into account to go to the grocery store and more to get into New Orleans. The rooms are very spacious and once inside the building felt secure. If you are driving the parking structure appeared to be very secure.

Nothing special, pillows on beds were flat, toilet in main bathroom was not working, limited dishes to cook with. Needed another tv, only one in the living room. Was clean and secured building was good.

the place was exceptionally nice and clean! and there was plenty of stuff in the cabinets to get us started with cooking. the only thing we had a problem with was the internet. that Saxony 2.4 only worked for one night. but we managed. the girls had a great time! we were very comfortable with our stay and would love to rent it again next time we come to Nola!

Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Clean, new building. Quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the action, but with inflation and gas prices it got to be expensive to Lyft everywhere and back.
It was a great 30 minute walk along the river to the French Market. Crescent park was nice to see.
Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets were nice. The bathrooms were well stocked with extra towels and a blow dryer. The air conditioning worked really well and the fans in each room were great. I used the water and ice dispenser to fill my reusable bottle.
The Internet was really atrocious however. That made down time hard to enjoy. Couldn't stream anything very smoothly. And certainly couldn't use more than one device. That was the biggest down side really. Everything else was good and enjoyable

The condo is about 15 mins from the French quarter. It had secure parking under the building which was nice. The condo had just what was needed…no more and no less. Very clean. The property manager was very proactive and thorough in their communication. I really appreciated them anticipating our needs. Would stay there again!

Parking
Great except for the Person in the Handicap spot closest to the Door at the elevator. He tried to block us in but we managed to get out. Left him a note and told him we didn't appreciate him and he told us he owned the building and that was his space. It is marked Handicap so if it is his he need to put his name on it or something. We where told if it was Handicap and we had a handicap placket we could park there. Thank you, Kathy McReynolds

JazzFest & The ByWater
I loved this location! We were off the beaten path but still very close to everything. We had a car and garage parking but also took Uber a few times. The Joint, Bacchanal Wine Bar and Galaxie are all highly recommended. It is a hipster type neighborhood with a lot of homes still needing renovations but mostly quiet with good neighbors.

The house was clean great location the host was great as a host if I had any issues he was there to respond quickly. And he ask did I need anything for the house as well and that really surprised me never had a host ask me that! definitely will stay there again!
