It was a wonderful property! Away from the hubbub of Saint Augustine while still being close to everything. It was a great location by the beach whenever we wanted to go out and relax.

Clean. Short walk to pool and beach via pool area. Check in by owner very easy and accurate. Everything you need in condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The owner as very kind and made sure we had all we needed!!! Will definitely stay again!

Loved it. Very clean. The only thing is it did not have a balcony. I miss that. The pool was on the other end from us but overall it was great.

Cute little condo for 2. Kitchen was packed with goodies…everything you’d need. Plentiful, thick bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, 2 coffee pots and coffee, and a short walk to the beach. Communication with Carl the owner was very quick and easy.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property while our son was at camp! Everything we needed was present, bed was comfortable, etc. We would stay again.

The location was great. The room was clean and not a bad walk to the beach. There were many great restaurants within a short drive.

It was a nice condo would have preferred a ocean view or at least a patio to sit on. I knew this going. Condo was clean and well equipped..

We loved this hotel style room for our two-day stay at Cresent Beach. I would say the information on the listing is very accurate. The unit is updated, very clean and cute as can be....however it is a bit tighter than it shows on the photos. I don't think I would want to stay here for a number of days (due to size) but the owner does have absolutely everything you would need for a longer stay, kitchen appliances to do some cooking, etc. Nice full-size refrigerator and freezer. Coffee maker, other appliances. The owner and caretaker were extremely attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. There were great instructions for check-in, free wi-fi, etc. Nice pool area and beach access was wonderful. My only disappointment was there was not a patio, which was my mistake in assuming.

Great place to stay by the beech and near St. Augustine!

The owners of this property by far are fenominal. This is the second time we have stayed at property, first with this new owner. More than pleasant. Very attentive. Will stay at owners other properties as well.

This was a cute, clean, and cozy condo. It was located only 6-8 miles from St Augustine which wasn’t a bad commute at all. The property was really nice with lots of parking. Located directly across from a yummy ice cream shop! The owners and housekeeper were very responsive to any questions that we had. We plan on coming back next September to stay again!

Perfect for what we wanted and needed

The studio condo is perfect for 2 people. and although small (studio) it was comfortable as the space was used efficiently. We were impressed with how clean it was upon contactless check in. The host left us snacks and bottled water- which we appreciated after a long car ride :-) I liked that this was a first floor unit and although it is not ocean view, the building is oceanfront, so you are about 50 steps from the beach. We love unplugging in uncrowded beaches and this was perfect! This is a pet friendly building and although we saw pets, we did not hear any. We had a great night's sleep since neighbors were considerate regarding noise and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated the full size fridge with freezer! This is about 4 miles from St Augustine Beach restaurants, etc. but we had great luck with local restaurants too! We cannot wait to visit again!

Cute, clean, updated studio room. Beach and pool easily accessible. 15-18 min from downtown St Augustine. Very functional kitchenette.

We stayed from 7/13-7/17 and couldn't have been happier. Great location to sightsee. Beach area was not crowded and everyone had plenty of space. The room was extremely clean and the owners were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again next year.

The property was just as pictured and described in VRBO. It was right on the beach with very easy access to the beach, to restaurants, and to all the sites we wanted to visit. The beachside bungalow was easy to get into and was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 nights stay. The plush towels were a very nice plus compared to some of the other VRBOs we've stayed at in St. Augustine. The property owner was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We would stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a few days right on the beach.

Very beautiful and cosy had a very wonderful vacation stay and did not want to leave!!!!!! We are trying to book for next summer already!!! Host’s were very helpful at anything we needed. Have only one comment maybe 4 pillows instead of 2 for the bed. We highly give this experience a10+ and higher!!! Best vacation ever!!!!!

The condo was exactly as described! Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is in a great location; about 20-30 min drive to historic St. Augustine. Most places we went to were only a 20-30 min drive or less. Two beach towels were provided. They also had small little hotel sized toiletries. We were able to watch Netflix the first 3 days of our trip but then for some reason we couldn’t get the application to load. The condo next to us had small children and we could hear them watching tv and lots of crying lol.. so the walls aren’t super thick if you have guest next door staying that maybe loud.. but we didn’t stay in the condo a lot anyways. One thing I would suggest is maybe a small cooler to put drinks in or food to bring to the beach, and maybe small fold up beach chairs. We flew in so we didn’t have these things. Overall our stay was perfect! We enjoyed the beach! The sand on this beach is nice fluffy white sand vs the rocky Shelly type sand.. if that matters to you. We enjoyed the Beachcombers restaurant and The Conch House Restaurant.

This getaway was much needed and with a price you can't beat! With it being right on the water and the lodge having a pool, getting some sun and having fun was super convenient.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had a great time and enjoyed the cozy condo. The beach area is beautiful and the heated pool is a nice compliment to the resort. Highly recommend.

The perfect place for our little escape after being locked down in our house during COVID. Just enough of a kitchen and supplies for anything that we needed or wanted to prepare. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, nice pool view of the beach from our window. Had a great time and would easily recommend .

My wife and I enjoyed our stay the condo way very clean with a very comfortable king bed. I would definitely recommend this condo for a getaway for a couple. The owners are very responsive and communicated any in a timely manner.

Hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating! Place is perfect for two trying to get away with GREAT beach access and amenities. Highly recommend.

The condo is clean and cozy, with a large tv, plenty of bath towels, two large beach/pool towels, full size fridge and a little kitchen, exactly as described. We arrived late at night and appreciated the easy parking and ability to come and go using a key pad (no keys to collect or lose). It's a quick two-minute walk to the lovely beach where we swam, sunned, strolled, and admired the sunrise/sunset. St. Augustine is about a 25 minute drive away with cute shops, a lighthouse, and a fun farmer market. Kevin the owner is pleasant and responds quickly via text and email. He even stopped by one afternoon to replace the remote control batteries and help us figure out how to access Netflix and Amazon on the television. The wifi is a pain: it auto-disconnects multiple times in one sitting, but this seems to be an issue with Beacher's Lodge as a whole and not with the unit itself.

I highly recommend!! Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and perfect for a couple! We will be looking to stay here again!

The unit was very clean and exactly as described. There was an issue with the air conditioning unit but Kevin was very quick in responding with a solution. There was quite a bit of street noise during the day, but it was bike week so that should be expected. It was great to have a pool and just a short walk to the beach.
